Holiday rentals with beach access in Downtown, Victoria

The place was ready when we arrived, access was very easy. The space was clean and equipped with all the essentials. Ryan was easy to communicate with, got us what we needed from coffee to tea towels! He also had some great local recommendations. Beautiful weather and accomodations made it feel like a luxury glamping experience!

A lot of "bang for your buck" with this stay. The apartment is generously sized and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed making our meals in the well equipped kitchen with a window overlooking the ocean. The garden is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning waterview. The hosts provide a variety of comfortable outside seating options from which to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Roomy, comfy and clean; good bed. Though I didn’t use the kitchen much, it appeared well equipped. Easy drive to downtown Victoria and a 15-20 minute walk to Esquimalt shopping and coffee places. The neighbourhood is residential, pretty, and very quiet - provided a peaceful respite after busy days. The ocean-side park at the bottom of the street is a nice bonus.

The host Emma, and the listing, was nothing short of amazing. I stayed for around a month as I was looking for a long term place and Emma made my brand new move to Victoria super easy and accommodating. She really made her listing feel like a home away from home. The listing itself was perfect for my accommodations and had everything I needed and more! I would 100% recommend to anyone who is considering this listing.

Christine’s place was a peaceful retreat with plenty of things to do within walking distance. She was extremely helpful during our stay with food and drink recommendations. She helped us navigate the bus system. We will definitely stay at her place again for our next visit.

We had a great stay! It's a great space for two people. The only things we would mention is that the code for the lockbox was incorrect, but Holly answered ASAP and corrected it. This place has plenty of utensils for cooking, spices, coffee, tea, etc. I recommend! It also is located in a gorgeous space with blossoming trees and close to town.

We loved this space it was perfect for us while we were attending a hockey event at shawnigan lake school. It is minutes away from the school and you could even walk if you wanted to. The hosts were accommodating and the space was well put together.

Yue's suite is absolutely fabulous, clean, organised, specious, beautiful and had everything we needed. Yue is very helpful and responsive and we would definitely come again! loved it!

Jacqueline’s place was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our group of four adults and three kids. The house was absolutely gorgeous and full of thoughtful touches and the neighborhood was darling and near amenities- a grocery store, some quick restaurants and a Starbucks were nearby and the beach and a cute park were right down the road! Victoria was a short, convenient drive away. We could not have asked for a more lovely place to stay for our family trip, and look forward to staying again someday!

Enchanting! Wonderful, charming and the views were magnificent! We almost immediately started thinking, is there any way we could rent this for a few months each year and make this our home away from home. Truly, the best place we have stayed in 12 years of Airbnb’s!

Great little house with an ocean view equipped with everything you could need! Perfectly matched the description with extra amenities and recommendations that put it over the top. Well worth the price point. Would definitely stay again!

Ashley and Julia were amazing hosts. Catered to an early check in time for my group as we took an early ferry and arrived earlier than check in time. The dock is amazing for crabbing as well!

This house looked exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable for our family of six. It’s conveniently close to numerous fantastic activities, with Fisherman’s Wharf just around the corner. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was beautifully furnished and fully equipped. It is a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

Great location for Victoria, beautiful views and lots nearby. Place was comfortable and exactly what we needed.

Wonderful place to stay. We came without a car and were able to walk everywhere: Cook Street Village, Beacon Hill park, downtown, Chinatown, the inner harbour. Being able to watch the ships from the front room and walk along the seafront right out the front door was amazing. The house is luxurious and spotlessly clean. A great getaway spot!

Nice place. Great location Closet was small and furnishings were a bit out of scale and dated. Pillows were mis matched. Kitchen was clunky with no oven just a toaster oven. Noise from the garage door and cars coming and going was irritating. Kit drawer did not work, and drawer front was separated. Threshold to bath was splintered. Overall just needed some careful maintenance.

An oasis on Vancouver Island. Rick was a great host. Very accommodating and quick to respond when we had any questions. A beautiful home with beautiful surroundings.

A beautiful, very clean apartment in a wonderful location. The only wish would be is Air conditioning but large fans were provided and that was very nice

We had a wonderful stay and the location is quite unmatched. Long walks along the waterfront with easy access to shops and eateries downtown. Quite outstanding in every way, and the building is well maintained and scrupulously clean. Pricey though, but 5 stars for sure! Jake was friendly and quick to respond when contacted.
