A couple will enjoy the romantic bedroom. A child will enjoy the beautiful gated garden with a swing and a friendly house cat. The suite is clean as new and very quiet. The location is central, within walking distance from many great shops, restaurants, pubs and Queen Elizabeth Park. Buses running on Main street will transport you to the Main street Sky-train station, which connects you to many other central areas in Vancouver, including the downtown area, Vancouver's beaches and the SeaBus station leading to North Vancouver. Our lovely suite is 10 minutes walk to the new Canada Line train, which gets you to YVR airport in less than 15 minutes. A 7 minute train ride will also get you to downtown. Elegant Private Basement Suite off Broadway

This modern basement suite has underfloor heating and a private entrance. We're less central than some places but our city neighbourhood is relatively quiet. Located along a bike route, we are near parks, 2-3 blocks from public transit, 20-30 minute walk to cafés, food, Main Street & Commercial Drive. While there is soundproofing in the suite, we have children and noise can often be heard through the ceiling. Note the suite is not zoned for cooking so there is no stove or hot plate available.
