Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown San Diego

We had everything we needed. We appreciated having the kitchenette. Parking was easy. The space was just right for two of us and we were able to relax each day after sightseeing. I enjoyed reading one of the books Anna had stocked in the room. Anna was easy to get a hold of and gave us recs for sites and restaurants.

Great host, everything in terms of shops and restaurants are nearby and I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location , many cafes in walkable distance. Very cozy and great layout within the space. George was a great host , answered quickly and very helpful. I loved it so much I stayed an extra day !

This is my 2nd stay with Taylor. The reason for me staying again are; 1. Parking available 2. Clean/Safe 3. Walkable/Lots of restaurants The studio is in the ground floor and was worried about sound after reading other comments but it wasn’t as bad as I read. It’s city life and near the airport. Studio was larger than I thought and very clean and comfy. Check-in instructions were perfect and parking was AWESOME, right next to the unit. Thank you, Taylor. We will stay again.

Very nice condo near airport and DT. Unit was well taken care of and extremely clean when we arrived. The central SD location is just a few miles from DT and many other sites, which made Ubering very convenient. The condo has a comfortable couch that folds into a bed if needed and the living space as well as bedroom come with independent wall mounted AC units they make keeping the climate to your preference very quick and easy. Communication was clear and consistent throughout. I would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay, location was perfect and within walking range of many restaurants. Only downside was finding parking, had pay for a nearby parking garage but other than that it was fantastic.

This studio was in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. It is very walkable! It's also a good location for travel to various San Diego sights. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Christine graciously made herself available just in case there were any questions during, and even before, the stay; however, none came up. I would stay here again!

Amir's place was exactly as listed! Communication was excellent leading up to check in and we had no questions about anything as a result. Parking was easy. Check-in, check out were easy. The location is great as the area is within walking distance to Balboa Park, and nearby University St. has anything you could need as far as food and drink. The place itself was great - huge fridge/freezer, and plenty of cookware/plates/utensils. We basically parked when we got there and walked everywhere. Great neighborhood. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location and beautiful home! We stayed her for the San Diego Rock and Roll Marathon. It was quiet enough to get a good nights sleep the night before which was great for a Saturday night. It was also walkable to great night life, breweries and restaurants. Parking was a bit difficult for our second car but that could have been due to the marathon being in town. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Home away from Home! This is exactly how I would describe our stay. Comfy, cozy, beautifully decorated and centrally located making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. Having a washer and dryer available is always a big plus when traveling, as well as a bright beautiful kitchen fully stocked to provide any "staying in" cooking easy to accomplish. I highly recommend booking your next stay at this amazing location, I know we will!!

We absolutely loved staying in this house!!! Matt, the host was very friendly and helpful. The house is beautifully done and maintained very well and is exactly as the photos show. Lovely views. Excellent location for getting around San Diego. Our family of five were very comfortable here and we will definitely look forward to coming back to stay here again !!

We loved Max's place. Big open room concept and walkable to many restaurants in the neighborhood. Loved the outdoor area as well.

Ariel was very accommodating from the start. Her home was very clean, spacious and well kept. I’m so glad she had toys, a pack n play and highchair for my infant. It was so convenient and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again! :)

We stayed for the Rock N Roll marathon for 5 days. We had 4 people in our group and felt like it was the perfect space. The kitchen had all the amenities to make a meal. The condo was very comfortable and walkable! We were just a short walk to the start line of the race and easily walkable to the boardwalk. It was also about a 10 min drive from the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Diego!

Great place. I recommend if you need a quiet and comfy place to stay. If you have a car, they have a parking spot if needed :)

Our stay was fantastic! Great location in the Gaslamp District, close to food, entertainment and more! We really loved the beautiful interior design with exposed brick, high ceilings and a gold motif. The furniture was very comfortable and nearby Ralph's within walking distance made it easy to pick up groceries to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. We look forward to returning again and would highly recommend this Airbnb to others visiting San Diego! Thank you to Ryan and co-hosts!

I had a great time staying at Thelma De La Paz’s place! The space was cozy, very clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Thelma was a wonderful host - polite, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely amazing. Every detail and decoration was perfect, the views were surreal, located ideally in the middle of pacific beach. Able to walk to coffee every morning and enjoy ocean views from the comfort the living room. Host was very responsive and gave detailed instructions. Really couldn’t ask for anything more from an AirBnB!

This unit is quite lovely and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is a downstairs unit with a parking space. Super cute. Backyard patio is so peaceful and best enjoyed with a croissant, cup of coffee, and a book. BTW, great coffee in walking distance. Location, location, location. Great neighborhood in University Heights. Park and stores nearby. Not the big box ones, but the local owned restaurants and shops. We needed milk for coffee at 8 p.m. So we just walked down to the "liquor store" at the corner. Convenient, safe, and quick. If you want T**get or the mall (Fashion Valley), they are a 10-15 min drive away. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, towels, soap, laundry, pots/pans, dishes, kcups/keurig, smart TV, etc. There were visitors upstairs that we could hear periodically, but they went to bed at a reasonable hour, so no problem there. Kevin and Tony were pleasant to work with and responded to a question within 5 min.
