Great location- quiet & safe neighborhood. Shawn C was quick to answer all questions, very accommodating, and courteous. We stayed in the bigger suite thanks to an upgrade- very spacious & comfortable. The whole suite was spotless- super impressive. Good amount of surrounding locations to walk to.

Came here for a little getaway vacation, knew nothing about the place except that it was very close to the Alamo, and the River Walk. I recommend using their valet service as I paid $50 for parking next door at a parking lot so that was expensive, but their valet service will reserve your parking spot and it is about $10 cheaper which they do mention, but I simply didn't pay attention. The bed was very clean, the fitness room was certainly more than welcoming, there was more than plenty to do nearby. The breakfast in the morning was something I really enjoyed as they had a whole onlsaught of classic breakfast items of good quality. The staff was very friendly. It is an old building so the only complaints I really had was that the water pressure for our room was kind of weak and the water wasn't very hot, during my shower there was no steam and it was on the verge of not being warm enough so I would get cold while showering.
