Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown, Raleigh

Our stay at Jason and Samantha's was perfect!! I am a stickler for a clean space, and it was clean. We did not cook, but the kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to reheat our meals, prep out lunches and to eat our meals. The house was quiet, the beds were cozy and we were comfortable taking walks around the neighborhood. Check in was a breeze and the key pad was great so we never had to worry about remembering a key. Loved the carport for shade as well as for when it rained. It is definitely one of our favorite stays. I would not hesitate to recommend and I would definitely stay again if the need arose.

I was in town for a quick work trip with some fun splashed in. This was a great location and close to a lot of fun different areas. We went to North Hills for dinner and a book signing, then the next day to Village District. It was a cute townhouse and very relaxing. It was just two of us, so it was plenty big. The downstairs stayed cool and the upstairs did get warm, but they had fans and it was fine. Joshua was a thorough communicator with clear instructions. It was a safe, quiet, and cozy neighborhood good for heading home after a long day of shopping. Perfect for reading, hanging for girls night, or binging a few shows. Beds were comfy. House was clean. Cute tiny home for 1-2 guests, in a great part of town. The space is cozy and inviting and perfect for a weekend getaway!

We loved Emily’s BNB. It was clean and well maintained. Everything matched as described. Emily was proactive in communication to help us easily find the cottage in the dark. The neighborhood was quite as well cute. Easy access to anywhere in the Raleigh area. We appreciated the extra little touches like filtered water, ice cube trays filled, qtips, and body wash in the bathroom. We will be back!

Stacy's house was the perfect mix of peace and downtown atmosphere. We were able to walk to a number of restaurants in the area. It was a great place to walk your dog too! The home was really charming and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Overall a nice little spot, location was good proximity wise to the city and other stuff. The neighbors are quite close on both sides so not the most private but didn’t bother us. Would stay again !!

Excellent place to stay for my wife and me, as we helped our daughter move into her new apartment just down the road. Great location, house as advertised and more books, films and photos about running than I have ever seen in my life. 😂 Patrick was always quick to answer, and directions for everything couldn’t have been much easier. Will definitely book again when in the area to visit.

Great location, close to restaurants and a grocery store. Very functional little kitchen. Comfortable bed with effective A/C unit. Very clean space with a big TV and airbnb specific Netflix account. Bob was very polite on the phone and easy to reach.

If you're traveling solo, this is an ideal crash pad. It's small and spartan, and you'll need to drive to get anywhere you want to go, but it's clean, comfortable and quiet. There are nice, small touches that lend a homey feel, and the one window AC unit does a good job of cooling the entire place, even when it's above 90 outside. I'll definitely look to stay here again when I pass through Durham.

This was absolutely perfect. Only bummer was we couldn't stay as long as we'd hoped and it was super rainy so we didn't get to swim much. overall an excellent stay, will definitely be back!

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is close to many shops and restaurants. The host was very friendly and extremely quick to respond to any questions.

The home was beautiful and had a lot of space. It was just two of us, but we could have easily split it with at least two more people. We especially loved the lake view patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee out there every morning as well as a few night caps. It was so peaceful. Jim was very easy and quick to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

Cozy condo just minutes from the Village District where shopping and restaurants are a short walk away. Patti was excellent host and her place was beautifully decorated and provided our family a relaxing place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay and loved Patti’s hospitality. We look forward to returning to Raleigh and staying at Patti’s charming and welcoming place.
