The cozy loft locates in the center of the downtown Providence, surrounded by the historic art theaters, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. 3 min walking to the convention center, 10 minutes to east College hill (RISD, Brown), west Federal hill, north Train station and State capitol. Parking not included, refer to my guidebook on the parking info. **** Attention ****, the pub directly under the unit plays very loud music til 1-2am on weekend nights, please read other guest reviews on it.

Experience a unique stay in this cozy micro loft located in the historic Arcade Mall, right in the heart of Downtown Providence! The Arcade was built in 1828 and is the oldest shopping mall in the US. Enjoy easy access to the city's best dining, shopping, and entertainment just steps away. The loft is conveniently located near Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) and WaterFire. The standard check-in timeframe is 3pm - 8pm, however, accommodations may be made with advanced notice.

Historic Downtown Arcade Condo

Historic condo in the Arcade Providence, a registered National Landmark built in 1828 as the first indoor mall in the US. This exact unit was featured on the Rachel Ray show and described as “the coolest, smallest apartment [they’ve] ever been in.” Enjoy a living area with large TV, small kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom that sleeps two. A murphy bed in the living room folds down to a twin bed. The Arcade is in the center of downtown Providence, a 5-10 min walk to Brown and RISD.

We are offering weekly and longer-term visitors to Providence. Stay in the center of downtown in our fully renovated historic townhouse with updated and modern amenities. Great restaurants, walking distance to water fire and PPAC and RI convention center. Walk to RISD, JWU, Brown. There is no onsite parking. Local parking rates are approx $25.00 per night. Street parking is available in front of the building during the day and evening hours.

Comfy queen bed + sofa bed, private bath, Apple TV. Great for long-term guests and weekend visitors. Backyard, grill, laundry available but shared with house. Potential basement storage for long-term stays. Ceilings are low in places, may not be comfortable for taller than 6'.
