Beachfront holiday rental in Downtown Miami

Lucia’s place on Key Biscayne is top notch and she was a very helpful host. It’s walkable to the great restaurants and bakeries on Key Biscayne. We loved the pool immediately in front of our building. We also enjoyed the Ocean pool with restaurant. The kids loved the walking path to the beach. The beach has umbrellas and chairs. The Apartment is large and has all the amenities you need to relax after a long day in the sun. We cooked a few meals and kitchen had everything we needed. And no need to rent a car - the island is small and they provide FreeBee - golf cart shuttles. I’ve stayed in nearly every building on the Key and this checked all the boxes for a family that loves KB. We will definitely be back.

This trip was our first trip with our 3 month old and we are glad we chose Lagunas place! She was incredibly responsive and provided what was needed to make it a comfortable stay! The location CANNOT be more perfect as its walking to distance to the beautiful beach and boardwalk along with many coffee shops. It was in a safe and quiet part of the town and the main tourist spots are just 4-10 mi drives from this place. I would definitely stay again!

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

This townhouse was a great place to stay! Me and two friends (all in our mid-30s) wanted a spacious place to stay away from the overcrowded South Beach, and this place was perfect. Plenty of space so we weren't up in each other's business. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the beach was not overly busy - that is, you could easy find a spot to lay a towel down with plenty of distance from the next group of people. Plenty of bars and restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, and a Publix grocery store nearby. Two of us had to work a couple of days while we were there, and the Airbnb had plenty of space for that without disturbing each other during meetings/calls. Small warning, if you have trouble with stairs this place may be a challenge.

Love this place! We have stayed at many houses over the years but this was by far the best we have ever stayed at. It was so beautiful at night just relaxing in the pool/hot tub and hanging out outside! The kitchen was fully stocked and easy tp prepare food for our party right at home! I never wanted to leave! Miriam was so responsive to any of our needs, even giving us good restaurant suggestions! Beautiful home.

We cannot wait to return to south beach. Everyone had a blast and the rooftop patio is the sweetest thing in the world. Loved how close to the beach it was. We will definitely choose one of frosts locations again. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We’ll be back for sure!!!!!!

I love staying on Ocean Drive. It’s the best thing you could do, it’s across the street from the beach, next to all the restaurants and bars & an uber away from Brickell and Wynwood. Sofi & Alex were very attentive and easy to coordinate with some of the top hosts I’ve had.

Wow, wow, wow! What a house. The most insanely beautiful, well presented holiday home. The house itself was absolutely spotless, it had way more than our expectations in terms of facilities and equipment, inc fishing gear, kayak and paddleboard. The little beach and lake was absolutely blissful. I cried when we left and we have all agreed we will definitely come back. Worth every penny and more, literally exquisite.

Evgeniy's place was a great spot to spend a few days in Hollywood beach. The pool and the back deck offered a great gathering space to hangout while getting some relief from the Florida sun. The house was clean and Evgeniy was very responsive with the few questions I did have.

I stayed here with my husband and 4 months old and we had an incredible stay! The views were absolutely stunning truly a sight to wake up to every morning. The Airbnb was beautiful, spacious, and had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The resort and surrounding is very family friendly. The host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made the experience seamless. I already miss the views and will definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

This place was amazing to stay at! Our group had an amazing time. Everything around the place was close enough to walk and the beach was within a minute walk as well. I recommend everyone to stay at this place if you are considering it!

The apartment felt very spacious (great walk-in closet and large living room) and looked just like the photos. The pool outside is beautiful and has easy access to the beach!

Lori's apartment in Miami Beach is an absolute dream! The spacious balcony offers stunning sunrise views over the sea every morning – simply priceless. We were there with two children and four adults and had more than enough space. The kitchen is excellently equipped, the bathrooms are large, very neat and modern. Particularly pleasant: the uncomplicated valet parking and the quiet location right on the beach. The pool and fitness area is also great. In less than five minutes you are already barefoot in the fine sand on the paradise beach of Miami Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend this apartment. Thank you Lori!

Yolande is truly an exceptional host! From the moment we arrived, she gave us a full tour of the house—something no other host has done in our experience, and it made us feel right at home. The house was exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It had absolutely everything we could need—from cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials to a dishwasher, laundry machines. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire home offered a cozy, welcoming vibe. The pool was a true highlight—large, and thoughtfully equipped with lounge chairs and towels. The outdoor shower was a game-change. The ambiance of the home was gorgeous, with lovely lighting and charming decor—truly meraviglioso. The location couldn’t have been better: close to a variety of shops, restaurants, markets, and just minutes from the beach. We had such a fantastic experience, and it’s all thanks to Yolande’s hospitality and attention to detail. We highly recommend her place to anyone!!!! 😊

We had a college girls trip to Key Biscayne. 43 years together:) . We loved our condo. It was close to everything and had everything we needed and more!!!

Devin's place is great. It is near everything and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. I will def come back next time i am in the area. He was responsive too for my questions. I highly recommend.

Home was very welcoming, quite spacious & linens and bedding were all fresh. Kitchen had everything that was needed & more, very up to date. Bathrooms were very clean & in great order. We enjoyed our stay, and the proximity to the beach is wonderful.

Everything went very well, from the booking, through the checkin and checkout process. Luxury rental has a great communication service and are always available to help. The apartment is as described in the photos and the amenities of the 1hotel are unmatched.

Lana was an amazing host! We travelled with a 1.5 year old and she was so accommodating and not only set up a crib and high chair but she was so thoughtful to also proactively set up a little station of books that kept my little one busy. It was the perfect stay for us, where we enjoyed spending our mornings on the beach and/or pool (full access given the apartment is in a hotel) and was easy to just walk across the street to Publix and get snacks and groceries and make meals in a stocked kitchen as needed (also a few nearby restaurants were walking distance with a few kids playgrounds, local bakeries and juice/coffee bars) She was also super responsive and went above and beyond to make it a comfortable stay. Highly recommend staying here, cannot thank you enough for your hospitality Lana! We will be back soon I hope.
