Holiday rentals with a pool in Downtown, Knoxville

This house is even better than the pictures! It’s beautiful and peaceful. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. The house offered everything you could possibly need for your stay. The back yard is amazing! Beautiful water views and lots on animals to watch. The location is perfect. Far enough away from the strip to feel secluded, yet close enough to get to everything you need. Dollar General Market right down the road was very useful. We loved everything about our stay. The owners are very friendly and responsive also.

Ramzi was an outstanding host! When we noticed a few kitchen items were missing—like mixing bowls for pancakes and eggs—I reached out to him, and he responded right away. He ordered new bowls, and they arrived at our door the very next day. Ramzi was thoughtful and attentive, checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the place and would definitely come back!

My Family and I had a great time at Chris’s home, exactly like the pictures and description. Both Chris and Janene were very friendly and addressed any concerns we had from start to finish. When I return to the Smokey mountains I would definitely stay here again. We recommend this house to anyone who is looking for privacy and a great time on their vacation.

Benjamin’s place was what we needed. Our group enjoyed our stay and Benjamin was very responsive and accommodating to our group needs. I definitely recommend his place for anyone with a large group. Will definitely be coming back if available for future trips to TN.

Check-in was really easy. Very easy to get in. Mike was very friendly and had written instructions when we got there. Had no problem getting settled in at the place ( located close to my daughters home) so it was easy to and from. We love the access for the garage, especially when it rains! Good sized master bedroom! Dogs loved the back porch area today out in the sun. Great place! We’ll be back for sure!

Enjoyed my stay got to see raccoons and enjoy their play on the back porch and walk in and out of the woods got plenty of exercise walking up and down the mountain a great view love the entry, kind and friendly environment

This home was exactly what we were promised! My family and I loved it. We were amazed by the view. It’s a quite big home. The house was clean with no clutter plenty of space. The Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Dan and Veronica responded with in minutes while we was on our stay. This home will for sure be on our list to revisit! If I could give this home and host 10 stars I would! Thank you for welcoming your home to my family!

We returned to Knoxville again for the Big Ears music festival. Scott’s place was a calm, cozy and pretty respite from the hubbub of downtown, and the high-stimulation of the fest. Loved the backyard space, comfortable beds and nice bedroom. Being walking distance to downtown was a big selling point, and we found the neighborhood to be historic, quiet and with added amenities for busy travelers (like a couple fancy coffee shops). Scott was super responsive and a great communicator, and even kindly repaired a Keurig machine for our use. Would definitely return to Scott’s place on future visits to Knoxville! Thanks for being a great host, Scott!

I stayed here for a little over five weeks and it was perfect. Walkable, clean, easy to find, great instructions for check-in and impeccable communication. There were a lot of convenient things in the condo I hadn’t even thought to bring/buy myself like a first aid kit, coffee and creamer for the Keurig, fabric steamer, detergent if you need to do laundry, and power strips to charge all your devices at once. Whether you are staying short term for perhaps a game on campus or longer term like I was you’ll have everything you need. If I sit and really try to pick over something to critique, I honestly cannot think of anything. I had a great time and if I had the chance to book this spot again for my next trip to Knoxville, I would do so without hesitation.

My husband and I were very comfortable at Mike’s place! We loved how easy it was to walk to UT and downtown Knoxville. Mike was very responsive and helpful when we had questions.

Can't say enough about how great a host Cat is. She responded incredibly quickly to questions and provided answers that were thoughtful, warm and addressed the information completely. The place was perfect for our purposes, four people in town for a music festival. Everything was clean and welcoming, with great touches. One of us stayed on the foldout in the living room, which worked very well. We loved the check-out instructions, which essentially told us to not do a thing because we were on vacation. I would stay there again without question.
