Being less than a mile off Interstate 40 at exit 398, offers an easy in & out situation. The Retreat is a uniquely designed experience that combines all the modern conveniences that one would expect in an AB&B with a taste of the past. We feed a variety song birds year around for bird watching.

The building is about 60 years old... converted from apartments to condos. It’s not fancy. But it is close to lots of things…lots of restaurants…Publix grocery store...biking/walking trails. Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.
