Holiday rentals with a pool in Downtown, Knoxville

This cabin was wonderful and the kids enjoyed it. They loved the pool area and stayed for hours. Loved that the pool room was heated. The movie room is wonderful with the lap trays and recliner seats. The arcade had many games. The beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive when I had any questions. You won't regret booking this cabin.

Great home!! We had a family of 16 for a wedding! Ben was great! The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone! Great location!

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Saying the place was clean would be an understatement. It was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. The surrounding community was peaceful, safe, and very family-oriented, which made our stay feel extra special. Kelly truly thought of everything. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials one could need, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient. Communication with Sean was outstanding. He was attentive from the very beginning, answered all our questions promptly, and kept us updated right up to our arrival and throughout our stay. We truly felt cared for and right at home. I highly recommend their "Off the Beaten Path" home away from home!!!

Justin's place was amazing, the scenery and views were everything. everything in the cabin was clean and there was so much space for all of us our time there was so enjoyable we even had the pleasure of a visit from a baby cub at the front of the doorstep. The cabin Is close to all of the attractions. Overall the visit and stay was phenomenal and we overly enjoyed ourselves. 10 OUT OF 10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!! I would definitely book with Justin again

Ulyana’s house is beautiful and we especially loved the outdoor wooded deck! Ulyana was an excellent host and was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location, great for a family gathering at the lake. Minor downside was lack of blankets. Kids area downstairs would be freezing unless you turned AC off, in which case the upstairs would be too hot to sleep. Washer and dryer were great to have, but washer didn't work too well. Everything else was great, deck, pool and dock. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The host responded to all questions within minutes and was great at communicating. The house was spotless. We even saw a Mother bear and her cubs which was amazing! The house has everything you need to cook, every appliance, dish, serving piece. The kids loved the pool! The adults loved the golf simulator and bar room. The location was great and close to lots of attractions and the home is very accessible for those with limited mobility. We will love to stay again.

Karen was an amazing host. She was extremely helpful and her response time to any questions I had was unmatched. The Airbnb, within itself, didn’t fall short of amazing. Every inch of it was incredibly clean and the scenery was beautiful, especially the backyard area by the pool. Karen and Scott are both very kind and helpful with anything you may need. I would definitely love to stay here again for my next trip to TN!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! We were in town for our daughter’s college orientation and the location was perfect for visiting the UT campus regularly. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen and family room were beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable and will definitely stay again!

This is the perfect home away from home. My family and kids had an amazing time the pool was amazing. Scott communicated amazingly all the information was clear and concised since the beginning. My kids felt right at home immediately snuggling on the couch and running in the pool. Scott was so kind with my little ones. It was a pleasure staying in your beautiful home and we hope to be back some day. Thank you for an amazing time.

Home was in great condition and in a great area with plenty of things around. We stayed one night for a local event and it was 5 minutes from the arena we attended and was super easy to get to even in the terrible traffic afterwards.

We stayed in the same building last year for an event and enjoyed this unit much better!

Christie's place was as good as described! Clean room. Comfortable bed. Perfect location! We will be staying here again in the future.
