100% recommendable The service was perfect. The apartment is a luxury. So nice, clean and modern. Is comfortable, beautiful building amazing area. We love Hoboken and this apartment is top. So close to Restaurante’s and Path. Don’t doubt go here.

Happy with our stay! The apartment was small but sufficed for 2 people. Shower pressure was abysmal but otherwise everything functioned as intended and the host's communication was great.

Rrezarta was amazing she is warm and welcoming and very helpful. The apartment has all the stuff you need for a family and beach stuff too!

An amazing place with a beautiful skyline looking into the city. Getting into the city was very easy (NJ transit or Port Imperial ferry) which took 15 minutes max. The neighborhood is very safe and we felt comfortable walking in the park across the street. There are good food options within walking distance. There is a huge park 1.5 miles away with pickleball and tennis courts. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed as a family of 4 in this homey apartment for 6 nights and just loved this place!

What a gem this place is for exploring the city while staying in a quieter location. Views were fantastic. Modern, clean interior just like in the photos. Check-in was easy and communication great. Will recommend to friends.

Place was wonderful, it’s up on the 3rd floor so pack light as it a tight space to get up too. The views are amazing, very clean and nice place and Valerie is super responsive and accommodating!!!

This place was perfect! We were 2 parents with 4 kids and my elderly father. Jamie answered all of my questions promptly and was super helpful. The place was clean and we loved it. It was easy to get to NYC by bus and nice to be a little removed all at the same time. Great restaurants and views near her place. The kids said they loved it and it was unforgettable. My dad, me, and my husband had a wonderful time, too. All in all, highly recommend!

Jay was very communicative and even allowed us to check in early when our plans changed. The home was comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed the homey feeling after going to the city every day.

Can’t say enough great things about John’s property! Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) loved our long weekend away. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach entrance and walkable to a couple eateries, supermarket and subway. It was spotless, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. Stocked with the basics, nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a couple small questions and couldn’t get over how responsive and nice John and Ashley are. Also super easy check out, which was extra nice. We are already looking forward to booking a trip to come back!

The house was spacious for the family every floor had a restroom, very convenient the view was awesome from the balcony cute little house! Very quiet neighborhood, people were friendly walking distance to stores & restaurants transportation was close too! Cute little house! Will stay again if decide to go back to visit NY! Alexa's place couldn't have been better! It's so pretty and comfortable inside and the deck is beautiful with lots of plants and sunlight. It has everything you could possibly need in terms of amenities: every kitchen item in the world, tons of cozy linens/towels, a great book collection, and fun board games! Alexa gave us total privacy, but was also available for anything we needed. It's a really well done place run by really nice people.

Wonderful stay at Joseph’s place. We felt at home. Joseph is very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to stay again there :)

Our stay at Samuel’s place went very smoothly! We had a great time staying here. The arcade machine was a really nice addition and kept my friends son entertained for hours. The place was slightly smaller than it looked in the pictures but we weren’t complaining! Samuel was always very responsive to any questions my group and I had or suggestions we needed, the only issue I would say is if you have a large vehicle like a Truck or SUV I would not recommend staying here because the driveway is a very tight fit and finding parking on the street can be a hard task, but that’s obviously not Samuel’s fault in any way whatsoever! We still enjoyed ourselves and we appreciate Samuel for always trying to make sure we had a good stay and always trying to make sure his guests feel at home. We would definitely consider staying at any of Samuel’s properties again if we’re in the area!

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

I had such a relaxing and joyful night at Estefany's place! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the bus stop, and as soon as you get off, you’re greeted by the most breathtaking view. It immediately lifts your spirits, and the best part is, you can enjoy that same view right from inside the room! This is truly a top-notch stay. Estefany and Athiaperez are both so kind and welcoming, and I already miss Rio! 🐶 I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting New York. Also, if you’re into morning runs, this is a perfect spot. Waking up and running with such a stunning view is an experience you shouldn’t miss. I’d absolutely love to stay here again the next time I’m in New York. The place is clean, comfortable, and very safe. Highly, highly recommended! ✨✨

The apartment was exactly as described and the area was so leafy and peaceful. AJ gave really clear instructions how to access and it was really easy to find. The beds were so comfortable and the whole place was really clean with every amenity. There was even a kettle, which was great for tea lovers 😊

If ever in the area will definitely try to book again. Area parking was the only issue. Other than that it was a top tier space. Blessings 🙏🏽

Everything as described. Good neighborhood. Very easy and fast to go with busses through the Lincoln tunnel to NYC (worked great even while a strike when we were there). And it's really perfect to look at the Empire State Building in the evening. What you also should know: There are 2 steep stairs to the 3rd floor, so this is not a good choice for elderly people with big bags. For all others great!

Gorgeous location, great transport right on the doorstep and a lovely spot to take in the NYC skyline. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you
