Perfect for the family, just one block from the city park & forest this comfortable two bedroom cottage is just what you need for a relaxing getaway. The living room and dining area have original hardwood floors. A gas fireplace in the living room adds beauty & comfort. The fully equipped kitchen has a sunny breakfast nook. One bedroom has a queen bed & the other has a double bed. There is a hidabed in the living room. A gas grill, picnic table & lawn furniture are provided for your enjoyment .

Fully fenced yard w/charcoal BBQ, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and picnic table. This is a cozy bungalow w/low ceilings about 6'-4" to 6'-6".

The Cottage

Built in 2017 on a quiet street in historic downtown Flagstaff. A 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff, 2 blocks to Thorpe park and unlimited hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.
