Shai is truly a super host. She made sure we felt right at home, checked in on us a few times and even provided cleaning material and laundry detergents. The house was spotless and well maintained! She truly thought out of the entire experience and provided home like comfort. She is very responsive and responsible and very delightful to deal with.

The house was perfect for our 6 night stay. Leila was friendly responded to any questions we had promptly. I would happily stay again.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

We had the best stay at this Villa. My wife & I, two kids and the in-laws all had plenty of room. The hosts were so accommodating; even purchasing a brand new cot for our youngest. The garden was the perfect place to chill in the evening when the kids went to sleep. Dubai Hills is a perfect location!

We had a great time and great stay, perfect size for 4 people, lock needed a battery change and he sent batteries in less than 10 mins. Great location, easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

The apartment is small but clean and the building is new The area is close to Khalifa Tower and the Boulevard The host is responsive, very cooperative and kind, but it is not professional to bring customers to the apartment and there is a tenant (unprofessional) We faced the problem of working in the same building without notifying the residents, and this inconvenience accompanied us for three days in the morning. We could not sleep Otherwise, the place is very nice and I recommend it

I stayed in so many different places in Dubai but this was by far the best I’ve ever seen. You have a great view from everywhere. Everything was completely clean and if I had any questions I got an answer within minutes. Will come back for sure!

What a great stay. We pent 4 nights at this apartment and loved every moment. Super clean, perfectly located, and everything was just easy and stress-free. Nice apartment. The view on business bay side is nice and beautiful at night. Nice view from the pool. Walkable to restaurants and super markets the mall is literally like 5 min walk. I enjoyed staying there. The host have all the answers you ask.

We had a fantastic stay here! Yassin was an excellent host—attentive and quick to respond to our questions. The Dubai Mall is conveniently located just across the street, though accessing it requires exiting the building, taking a right, walking a short distance to cross the road, and then using the elevator to P6. The views of Burj Khalifa and the surrounding landmarks matched the stunning images provided. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely return for another stay!

Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

scenic location, a dream of spending a few days in palm Jumeirah, a man made island fulfilled... swimming pool, beach at back, Corniche at front, well equipped apartment. No flaws, even if you try to find it. irina, very responsive & a good human being to deal with... my best wishes to her for her better future

What a welcoming cosy and spacy apartment with many facilities available. The place was more then clean, nicely decorated and has a lot of convienencies, like using the gym, the pool, washing machine, big screen tv and a balcony to enjoy the view. Gill has been very fast and responsive, helpful and friendly in all. Across the street there is a groccery store and the Metro is walkable. We can recommend this to everyone who wants to go stress free and feel at home right away.

We had one of the best views of the Burj Khalifa – truly breathtaking. I booked the place for my birthday, and they went the extra mile with a lovely decoration setup, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff, especially Joyce, April, and the owner herself, were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout. Thank you for making my birthday so special. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!
