Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Downtown Chicago

We stayed on the third floor of the complex and enjoyed Matthew's attention to detail. He gave a lot of thought to all components of his property.

Stayed at Bella’s place for a girls trip and it was great! Good deal for an Airbnb in wrigleyville and had plenty of space for everyone!

We wanted to stay in central Chicago very close to the Chicago river and the River Walk. Stephanie‘s apartment was perfect for us. It’s a great central location. It’s walkable to Millennium Park, the Chicago Theatre and the Art Institute. Stephanie is a very responsive host. When we could not find a hairdryer in the bathroom, we contacted her. She had a brand new hairdryer delivered within just a few hours. The apartment is clean and neat, looks exactly like the photographs. We definitely would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lakesha was very friendly & responded promptly to any questions that we had. She gave us great suggestions on places to visit & things to eat. She even sent up a bottle of wine for my boyfriend's birthday. Very thoughtful & pleasant! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone :)

Perfect weeklong stay in Chicago! The apartment is well equipped and makes you feel right at home. The building is connected via sky bridge to Jewel making it easy to grab groceries. The location cannot be beat - easy access to West Loop, Wicker Park, River North. The hosts were fantastic and flexible with our check in times. Looking forward to coming back!

It was the best stay I've ever had! The place was exactly same as photos and had such a nice view. Also, it was very good location to go anywhere else that I wanted to go. I would def stay again if I have a chance!

I booked a vacation with some friends and Sheena was so accommodating and responsive. She had clear instructions on how to check in and out. When we arrived the place was spotless and she had things we didn’t know we needed but we did. The beds were clean and comfy, along with the rooms. She had things most bnb’s don’t provide. The basement had a projector, snack room, and comfy seats for movie night which we definitely used! And when the wifi cut out on our first day she was really quick to give me instructions on how to quickly get it fixed without me having to ask her. She was flexible with check in and check out because our train was leaving past the time that was on the listing. Although the bnb was a bit distance from downtown, there’s a bus and a train a few blocks away so it made it so convenient getting around because we bought train and bus passes through the Ventra app. Overall if i’m ever coming back to Chicago i’ll be booking again.

This was my first time using Air BnB and Annie was an awesome first host! She communicated very clearly and responded in a timely manner! She even went the extra step and left a fruit pouch for my toddler, which he loved! I'll definitely be getting this place next time we go to Chicago!

The property was very nice. It was well maintained and our family with our grandson were very comfortable. If we were to have a negative comment is that the heat distribution was not even throughout the home. The upstairs where the three bedrooms were located was very warm and the kitchen, living room and family were quite chilly. However, this did not impede us having a comfortable stay.

We were in town for a bachelorette weekend and Austin’s place was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. Having outdoor space was important and we were pleasantly surprised that there was a rooftop space in addition to the yard. Austin was also super responsive even when we had to reach out late on a Friday. A couple notes that are just FYI. Austin’s place is across from a school which wasn’t a problem at all except we arrived around 3:00… right at pick up time. The road was closed just for a short bit, so you might want to check in later of you’re checking in on a school day , or plan to park around the block. And there is no longer a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom. We would book this place again in a heartbeat and really enjoyed our time and the location. Thanks Austin!

I've stayed in a lot of Airbnb's, & dont even have words to describe how much i loved staying here. Two friends & i were in town for a wedding & looking for someplace warm, relaxing, and away from all of the commotion. We could not possibly have chosen better. The house had everything we needed, & was so beautifully decorated -- the pictures do not do it justice. The only thing more lovely than the house was the garden -- it is this perfect little Eden. Gleatha was helpful, flexible, responded at once to questions, and checked in a couple of times, which was so much appreciated. I seriously wanted her to be my best friend by the end of the trip. We did not have time to explore the neighborhood, but the parts we did see were safe and lovely. Also much closer to downtown than we expected. This is not a house to which i would bring small children, as some of the decor is fragile. For everyone else, you would be fortunate indeed to stay here. Thank you again, Gleatha.

Cristina’s place was exactly as advertised. More than enough for a family of 6 and close to everything that a family needs. The “great western trail” that’s just around the corner was a highlight for a runner. We would definitely recommend this home.

We came to Chicago for a family wedding and Kelly’s place just added to the wonderful weekend. Her home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. My whole family commented on the house and loved being there. Kelly and Monica are both very responsive, but we really had everything we needed. We will definitely return!

This is a very large house with six comfortable bedrooms. It was great for a group of business travelers in town for a convention. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. One of our travelers had bad cat allergies, and when I asked the Owner, he shared that there had been a cat in the house last year. If you’re really sensitive, be aware. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Wonderful host! We have stayed at many airbnbs so far, and by far, Naseem was the most hospitable & accommodating with the easiest check out we’ve had! The house has been updated beautifully, and it was fun for my kids and I! We will stay again if given the chance!

Great space, made for a memorable weekend getaway with some old friends. Beds were spartan but did the trick, plenty of amenities and fun vibe! Some cool walkable bars/restaurants/coffee shops and easy to Uber elsewhere in the city if you need.

Beautiful, clean unit and Will was extremely responsive and helpful. Super clean, and the beds and furniture were soooooo comfortable! It looks exactly as it does in the photos and there are so many items included, in case you forgot something! A foot massager?! Amazing 🤣The location is perfect with lots to do close by and no shortage of options for places to eat. I feel extremely fortunate that I came across this one and will definitely book again in the future. Just perfect.

The location was great and the rental itself was beautiful. There was a lot of light and it felt very open. It is a great space.
