Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Downtown Austin

We love this place. It was our second stay here. This place is always thoroughly clean, well stocked, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. It’s super close to restaurants, art galleries, and kid friendly activities. It’s very quiet. The neighborhood is safe and walkable and the beds are really comfortable. The hosts are very responsive, respectful, and kind. Do yourself a favor and book this spot.

Great place that fit all our needs as a group. The space was spacious and the amount of beds was perfect for our group. Host was extremely communicative on anything we needed. The hot tub was not able to be used while we were there but that was communicated to us and wasn’t an issue. The place is close the 6th street and many bars and restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for a relaxing getaway. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. They truly thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The backyard was beautiful and peaceful—we especially loved sitting outside and watching the cardinals. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Austin! House was very clean and tidy. Loved the decor and amenities including hot tub, pool, great kitchen etc! Location was about 20ish minutes from Austin downtown and all our activities. Would definitely stay again!!

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to the city but still peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive the entire time. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very close to everything downtown/south congress related. We were able to reach all of our destinations within about 10 minutes even during peak traffic times. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

We had a great stay at 7744 Ranch. I had never been inside of a luxury RV/mobile estate before, but we found it to be comfortable and convenient. They are 2 story and have a stove, microwave, sink, restroom, shower and several TVs all in-house. Outside, the hot tub and cowboy pool were very relaxing! We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and pizza in the outdoor oven. Our favorite part was the nighttime walk along the lit path down to the koi fish area. We had a fun time!

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

The Bunkhouse is amazing! So much attention to detail makes the Bunkhouse a very cozy get away for a couple, family or group. The property has something for everyone! The pool temperature was perfect, beds were super cozy and the kids enjoyed pickleball on the sport court. We enjoyed fresh veggies from the garden and our grandson loved following the chickens around the property. Sandi was an excellent host and treated us with some delicious fresh banana bread! We loved our stay! We will definitely be back!!

Wow! This is truly an amazing stay! The house is just as pictured and host is so attentive. Beautiful, clean and inviting. The landscaping and grounds are so peaceful and private . The goats and chickens are purely a bonus, not to mention the gorgeous pool outback . This is a must stay for Austin . I will be back !

Loved our stay at this beautiful quiet cabin! Hosts were very friendly even gifting us an anniversary surprise. I would recommend anyone to stay at this location. Close to Jacob’s Well, Old Baldy and downtown. We are already planning a return trip! Can’t say enough good things about this place!!

We had such an amazing time! We fell in love with this cabin! We loved our time so much we stood an extra night! Debbie was very responsive to our messages. I love how private this place is. We had such a relaxing time! We can’t wait to come back!

El Sol was the perfect place for our little getaway! It was clean, cute and cozy, the perfect spot for my husband and I. I liked that it was located just close enough to town without it being a long drive, but also tucked away enough to be away from the city. We saw 5 deer on the property during our stay! All in all El Sol made our trip a great one and we can’t wait to come back!

Had the best time at this place! It's a 20 minute drive from Wimberly, but when you're there, it feels completely remote. The hot tub was great, even in the summer heat, and everything worked perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked, and it was easy to bring some groceries and make a meal when we weren't having dinner in Wimberly. Getting cell signal was tough out there, but that made it easy to finish my book! There is also a lot of fun nature watching through the windows and on the patio. I would come back here again.

Stunning scenery and beautiful home. It felt private but also close to restaurants and things to do. Our family of 5 was very comfortable! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Oh my goodness, Burning Creek was a dream! From 15 to 73, we all loved it. It was the perfect place to celebrate not one, but two birthdays! (Our family of 6 included 3 generations, and mom and son share a birthday.) It was also the perfect location to visit Texas Tubes for tubing, Wimberly for a romantic anniversary dinner, and the outlet mall. We loved our starlit swims and late night chats by the beautiful pool. We hope to come back soon!
