Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown, Asheville

We spent 3 days at Dawn and Ron’s Asheville home. Their space was very clean, smelled nice, and had every convenience you could possibly need. Unfortunately it was rainy during our trip so we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor amenities like the patio/grill or the goats, but they did greet us with wagging tails as we came and went! Loved the waffle bar and complimentary coffee - such nice touches that made breakfast a breeze! Also loved that they provided toiletries and washer/dryer. This space provided all the comforts of home, about 15 minutes to all the AVL activities. Dawn and Ron were very communicative and kind hosts. Would recommend their home to anyone!

Everyone in our group is an Asheville regular and the accommodations made this trip one of the most enjoyable experiences we have had thus far. The Airbnb was beautiful and spacious with easy access to grocery stores and downtown. The hosts were wonderful and communicative and leaving eggs from their chickens was such an appreciated gesture. I will echo what other reviews have expressed, you can hear every foot step taken upstairs. So if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. If you have mobility issues the steps down to the Airbnb may be a bit treacherous especially in wet or icy conditions. Lastly, much like the steps upstairs, chickens can be a bit noisy in the mornings. My guests and I found this charming, but it is something to be aware of. Overall I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone and everyone and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

We have nothing but good things to say about Muffi and Tim’s wonderful studio! The space was immaculately clean and very cozy. Muffi communicated often and made sure we felt comfortable reaching out with any questions we may have had. We also arrived after dark, and still had a very smooth arrival and it was very easy to locate the Studio due to Muffi’s instructions. We could not recommend this space enough, especially if you are hoping to visit downtown Asheville or the Biltmore Estate!

YES! This house, host and location could not have been more idea for a great trip. She provided full privacy for us, but was extremely resposive if we were in need of anything. If you plan on traveling to Ashville and want to have a great experience, I would strongly recommend contacting Katie! We are return guests who love staying at this Airbnb! It is an entire second floor of a house with its own private entrance. We enjoy looking out the big front window at the lake, which our dog eagerly is walked around morning and evening. The back screened in porch overlooking the trees is so calming. Great shower, comfortable bed, there is nothing the hosts haven’t thought of to make your stay memorable. It is 10-15 minutes from downtown but near lots of good restaurants that are very close. We hope to stay again when we visit Asheville. Thank you Staci!

Bob and Cathy’s little apartment is clean and comfortable. He is a gracious host, interesting to talk to, and their little garden is beautiful. The neighborhood is nice and private and quiet. This is the second time we have stayed here and would definitely stay again!

Great location, walkable to many great places downtown, especially the Asheville Yards concert venue. Rated 5 stars, only thing to mention is the rental only comes with one nearby parking space. A 2nd car requires paid street parking (meter) or paid lot parking (app) nearby so just plan for that additional expense. Spacious living area downstairs, comfortable beds upstairs, and nice bathroom upstairs w washer/dryer.

Absolutely amazing place. Well furnished, comfortable, and very aesthetically pleasing. Conveniently located yet private and peaceful. High-quality appliances and furnishings. Worth the price. Highly recommended.

Do NOT sleep on booking this place!! From Carly’s friendly and responsive demeanor, to the amenities (best pillows, towels, and white noise machine), and the spotless home, our stay was top notch. It was so clean and cozy that we felt like the first guests! And as a cherry on top, it’s a 5 minute walk to town. We will definitely be back! ❤️

This place is amazing! We've visited Asheville before and in the past in order to find a nice comfortable secluded location have typically had to stay 15-20 minutes from downtown. This place is 5-7 min from town but offers total privacy. It is in excellent condition (feels brand new) with everything you could need. Everything was very comfortable and all the details are there- the bathrooms were spotless, the bedding was super comfy. Probably the best Airbnb I have stayed in our travels. Dont miss out on this one for your next trip to Asheville!

Make the memories, BOOK THE TURN HOUSE! You’ll be happy you did. This is the most charming place! It has so much sweet history and character. It is very spacious and clean-clean-clean! You feel right away the love that pours into the house and into your personal stay - it lacks nothing that you need. LOCATION! You will LOVE how privately situated the house is, and you will really appreciate being centrally located at the same time!! It is close to absolutely everything yet still feels nestled away and off of the beating path. Makenzie is a phenomenal host; she is responsive, totally available and genuinely interested in you having a great stay. There isn’t anything she has not covered for you.

We had such a fantastic stay. I believe this is the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. Our hosts were flexible and responsive, and took care of the one issue we had with the sink. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc. The property was pristinely, clean and well cared for. Our only hiccup was someone coming by and asking for money, but that’s just a side effect of being in a city I suppose. This was still an absolutely lovely stay. Thank you so much. I hope we were good guests.

Great stay at Joslyn’s condo. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Just a five minute walk to the entrance of Harrah’s Cherokee Center. Appreciated Joslyn checking with us to make sure we didn’t encounter any problems.

There are a lot of great restaurants and shops in walking distance. Mary is super responsive and helpful if you need anything. This home was absolutely beautiful. Great location, nice views, comfy beds, and everything was clean and neat. Would love to stay here again for my next trip to Asheville if it’s available!

I really loved the location, my room and bathroom were perfect. They were responsive, and quickly, whenever I had a question. Their place felt like a second home for the moment. I loved it!

Probably the best host I have interacted with on this platform - Super responsive and proactive. When we booked, they messaged to ask what the trip was for and I mentioned we were traveling with an infant. A month later, and the host contacted me to let me know since we had the infant, he was able to get the place cleaned up early and we could check-in early. Just a great person! The apartment itself was perfect for us. Clean shower and bathroom, extra towels, a stocked kitchen we could make breakfast in daily, and the bed was really comfortable. Next time we are in Ashville, I will be trying to re-book here! Thanks for a great trip!

The location was perfect—everything we wanted to explore was just a short walk away. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, making it the ideal home base for our trip. There were a lot of door codes, but once we figured it out, it was no problem(we definitely felt safe!). We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Asheville. We’re already looking forward to staying here again!

This is our second time staying at Rory's apartment. When we found out it was available We did not think twice and booked it right away. Our host’s hospitality and amenities made it a no-brainer! The location was convenient, space was comfortable, and communication was seamless. 10 out of 10 and we are looking forward for our next visit

Loved this space! Extremely clean and comfortable. Had everything we could have needed for our stay. Very walkable, lots of great restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We saw a concert at Asheville Yards and it was a very easy walk to the venue. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Asheville!
