My partner and I stayed at Nina’s apartment and absolutely loved our time there. We had originally booked another AirBnB for our time in Marrakesh and when we arrived there we were very disappointed as it wasn’t what we were expecting. Due to this we decided to book somewhere else which is when we found Nina’s apartment. Nina was very understanding and helpful even though we messaged her very late on in the day asking to stop at the property. The apartment is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood close to the new city in Marrakesh with everything close by that you would need. The apartment itself is lovely and spacious, the highlight for us was the large balcony that got the sun in the morning. It had all the amenities that we needed for our stay and was lovely and clean. The only small issue we had was the water pressure in the shower was very weak at times, mainly in the afternoon but this didn’t bother us too much. Nina was a great host who met us on our arrival and was very help

Great big place, nice shower and kitchen, just at the entrance to the medina. Anouar was always available and in contact, check in was simple and clear!

Das Apartment ist eines der schönsten, welche ich über Airbnb gemietet habe. Sauber, gut ausgestattet und zentral gelegen. Moderne Ausstattung, z.B. USB-Anschlüsse an den Steckdosen, was das Leben erleichtert. Ausreichend Badetücher, Bademäntel, Shampoo und Seife im Badezimmer, selbst Hausschuhe lagen zur Verfügung. Das Wachpersonal, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Kommunikation mit Arno war sehr angenehm. Schade, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt nicht verlängern konnte, da das Apartment bereits ausgebucht war. Ich wäre, Arnaud, wie du mitbekommen hast, gerne zwei Nächte länger geblieben:) Gerne bis zum nächsten Mal

Un séjour exceptionnel dans un appartement somptueux ! Nous avons séjourné dans ce magnifique logement de dimanche à mercredi, et l’expérience a été parfaite du début à la fin. L’appartement est tout simplement splendide : décoré avec goût, spacieux, lumineux et parfaitement équipé. Chaque pièce est pensée dans les moindres détails, avec un vrai sens du design mêlant modernité, confort et touches artistiques. On se sent tout de suite comme dans un boutique-hôtel de luxe. La chambre est ultra confortable, avec une literie de qualité et une ambiance apaisante. Le salon et la salle à manger sont très élégants, parfaits pour se détendre ou recevoir. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse avec vue sur les palmiers : un vrai petit coin de paradis pour profiter du calme en plein cœur de Marrakech. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est Elliot, le gestionnaire de l’appartement. Il a été d’une réactivité et d’une disponibilité irréprochables. Toujours joignable, très serviable. Le Top

superbe villa. grande et agréable. La salle cinéma est un vrai plus avec accès à netflix et youtube. l'emplacement est très bien - hors Marrakech et proche en voiture. on a pu garer nos voitures sans souci: 1 à l'intérieur et l'autre sur l'allée de parking. l'endroit est surveillé. Jamel est très réactif et à l'écoute. Rachida est une super cuisinière aussi. super expérience - que je recommande et que je referai.

This place was absolutely beautiful. A testament to the owner who made it gorgeous very open plan specious and every room was to a high standard. Looks even better than the pictures in real life’s I booked it for a hen do for a group of 10 girls and everyone was extremely pleased. One thing to note is that the showers and the toilet don’t have a door so be mindful of that. There is a toilet downstairs that has a door if you prefer privacy. The housekeeper Aziza was AMAZING catered to all of our needs and made a huge effort to make sure we were looked after. I would definitely recommend this place. It was a bit hard to find for some of the drivers but it’s in a gated community which is great in terms of safety. It’s about 15 min drive from the centre but I would definitely recommend. If you’re staying here I would also recommend getting a driver if you can as it will make life a lot easier.

lovely villa. just like the pictures. Very well equipped and accessible by public transport. bus stop was 10minute walk from the house. there was more than enough space for the whole group.

this was the perfect place to end our 2-week trip in morocco. very kind and easygoing owner, the apartment is gorgeous as is the whole house. super close to the airport, cosy, sunny and with plenty of kitties :) would definitely stay here again!

Un séjour inoubliable dans une villa magnifique ! La villa était tout simplement splendide, à la hauteur – voire au-delà – de nos attentes : décorée avec goût, spacieuse, parfaitement entretenue et offrant un cadre idyllique pour se détendre. Le personnel sur place a été exceptionnel tout au long du séjour : toujours disponible, à l’écoute, chaleureux et très professionnel. Un grand merci à Bouchra ( menage et cuisine parfait ) et un grand merci également à l’hôte Hawas ( de chez moi ) pour son service irréprochable et sa disponibilité à n'importe quelle heure. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête et pour revenir fin Mai 2025. Brice et les autres

Hind was very friendly and welcoming. We got lost on our way from the bus stop and she came to pick us up with her car. She helped us with recommendations for eating since our visit was during Ramadan. Hind also brought us soup after sunset when they broke fast. Cant thank her enough for a wonderful stay in such an authentic place.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful Villa! It is very spacious and nicely decorated. The pool table, swimming pool and the room with the projector were really fabulous. At the time of our stay, only YouTube videos were available though. We also enjoyed the breakfasts every morning; bread, pancakes and eggs. At less than 10 minutes walking distance, there is a small supermarket and a great bakery. Driving time to the medina is about 10-15 minutes by taxi. In short, I can surely recommend this place.

The villa is amazing for group stays. Very spacious and well furnished. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet not too far from the city. Ideal for a family retreat or a team building activity. Yassine is also very kind and helpful. He greeted us with great snacks and some Moroccan tea and was always responsive and ready to help and provide recommendations. I recommend it to anyone looking to stay a few days in Marrakech.

Merci a Hicham pour son hospitalité et sa gentillesse. Le logement est impeccable et très bien situé. J’y reviendrai les yeux fermés. Je me suis senti comme chez moi et hicham propose même des contacts pour des activités sur marrakech. Au top ! Merci encore.

Mourad est un hôte agréable, réactif, gentil et de bons conseils. Il vous met aussi tôt à l’aise et se montre toujours disponible au besoin. Le logement est très bien situé dans le centre de Guéliz. De nombreux restaurants et divertissements ce trouve à proximité. L’appartement est propre, chaleureux décoré avec goût. La décoration ainsi que les meubles sont locaux, c’est tout simplement magnifique. Ce dernier est très bien équipé (sèche cheveux et lisseur à disposition…) et très confortable, les terrasses sont un plus, très apprécié! À notre arrivée eau fraîche et pâtisserie local nous attendez un réel plaisir Mourad à pensé à tout 😆 La conciergerie est au top. Concierge disponible 24/24h et présent. Les employés sont très gentils, toujours souriant, bienveillant et à votre disposition, notamment Mohammed très très gentil! C’est très agréable. Je recommande vraiment de visiter cette merveilleuse ville et d’y séjourné chez Mourad les yeux fermés ! À bientôt ✌🏼

Notre séjour chez Abdelati s est passé à merveille. Le logement correspond en tout point a la description. De plus, Abdelati et sa soeur ont tous deux été très réactifs lors de nos différents échanges ce qui nous a permis d entrer et quitter le logement sans aucune difficulté. Nous recommandons.

En mycket professionell värd som även förvaltar flera fastigheter. Vi beställde transport till och från flygplatsen, vilket fungerade bra. Under vår vistelse uppstod inga problem – allt flöt på smidigt och bekymmersfritt. Vi är mycket nöjda med helhetsupplevelsen.
