Excellent stay in Riad Ka. Fred was always very available and organised a day for us in the High Atlas. Beautiful discovery. We enjoyed the pool and access to the souk in 10/15 minutes. Congratulations again on the welcome.

I highly recommend this magnificent riad, fully restored in the traditional style with sculpted plaster wherever you look, marble bathroom, air-conditioned bedroom. A large terrace overlooking the inner courtyard where 3 large palm trees grow. You can rest there while enjoying the direct view of the Koutoubia, with the birds singing in the palm trees, not far from the Jemaa el Fna square with a feeling of tranquility that delighted us. After walking less than 100 metres, you enter the lively souk directly, it takes less than 10 minutes to reach the bustle of the square, the riad is of absolute silence and calm. Breakfast where nothing is missing. A team of extreme kindness, available and full of solicitude. Thank you to Oussama and Zakaria who gave us their advice to discover Marrakech, to Zakaria who explained and showed us in photos the history of this riad that he undoubtedly loves! The accommodation is excellent. The staff who work there are absolutely friendly and helpful. Always being present in every detail so that our stay is the best. The breakfast, which is prepared at the moment with typical food is delicious. The Riad is very nice and comfortable and has a very good location that allows you to reach everywhere by foot. We definitely recommend it!

We booked in the afternoon of the same day and Karim took a few hours to respond, but when he read it he gave us availability for two hours after our arrival, but he was very friendly and apologised for the wait. The accommodation is very nice, I recommend it if you don't book at the last minute like we did!

The Riad is very large and comfortable. It’s in a great location, close enough to the main attractions that everything is easily walkable, but just away from the busiest streets so that you can have some peace when you there. There are two very comfortable terraces which we enjoyed. Amine is an excellent host, he helped us with our many questions. He was also able to organise some things like taxis and printing boarding passes which we were very grateful for. We had an excellent time here and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Nadira and Hamza welcomed us very well. We arrived early on a rainy day and let us stay at Riyadh before check in time. A good location, although the access is by a strange street, but after passing one, twice becomes normal. It is a 5-minute walk from the entrance of the medina (the cars do not enter) but Hamza picked us up at the entrance and everything went well! The location is perfect for those who want to explore the medina and the souks. The breakfast served by Nadira is good and varied throughout the days, just pity the orange juice is not natural. The beds /mattresses are comfortable and the bathroom clean, the only negative point is the smell that sometimes feels coming from the bathroom (but I think it's related to sewage) doesn't always feel yourself! I highly recommend this Riad to stay for quality/location/price!

We recommend this place, beautiful decor, spacious interior and exterior, great pools, great exposure, air conditioning in each room. This villa allowed us to live a family stay while keeping our privacy thanks to its perfectly placed master suites. The landlord is very responsive, on site a caretaker is available while preserving your privacy. We recommend the stove which is amazing too. The only point to highlight is the location because trips become expensive for the center, so it is better to prioritize moments at the villa directly or long days outdoors. In short, you will have understood, go for it and enjoy this villa!

What a fantastic place. I had stayed in a different riad last year when we visited Morocco for the first time, and had the pleasure of meeting Moutahir on that occasion and he showed us the riad he was in the process of doing up. We had promised to go back once it was ready, and it did not disappoint. The place is immaculate. Everything is very tastefully decorated in a traditional Moroccan style. The bedrooms are comfy and spotless, and the kitchen has everything you need if you plan to cook, which we didn't as we ate out. The riad is located right in the middle of the Medina, so it is walkable distance to everywhere. He recommend some great restaurants for us, and also helped us in bargaining with the locals (very useful indeed so as you don't get ripped off). I plan to bring my family back later this year or next year and will definitely stay here again. You won't be disappointed.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the riad. both Elias and Mohamed were quick to respond to any queries and staff at the riad were very helpful. We had a group of 12 people who all had a great time in Marrakech.

The room was just like on pictures. Riad is placed on good location, most important places are in a walking distance. Both room and bathroom very comfortable. Room was cleaned everyday and towels changed also everyday. Breakfast was of good quality and quantity. They also did loundry for us for only 50dirhams. We also need to mention Miriam who spoke english and always was there to help and advice. If it was not for her it would be difficult to communicate. We reccomend to stay in this riad, thank you all for your hospitality!

Dominique’s riad is a magical place that makes you feel welcome and relaxed in a beautiful setting. It is an oasis within the exciting chaos of the city. I would love to return!

A perfect stay at this beautiful villa! The pool was spotless and the terrace was very nice. The host, very kind and responsive, made my experience even more memorable. I plan to come back! Once again, thank you for everything!

Hamza’s place is fantastic! The atmosphere and decor are very authentic and he makes you feel right at home. The bedrooms are private with their own bathrooms and AC, and I believe each one has a window that opens. Accessing the building is fairly straightforward, too. You will have your own key and you can come and go as please. In the morning, you receive a very traditional breakfast served on the terrace. The only issue I had is that the location is a bit tricky to find without help, at least the first time. You will need to contact Hamza and he will come meet you. That said, you are right in the middle of the Souks and just a short walk to the central market making it very ideal for travel on foot. You are also surrounded by fantastic restaurants so grabbing a quick bite to eat is very easy. Overall, I would highly recommend Hamza’s AirBnB, especially for those travelling alone or as a couple who are looking to experience authentic Marrakech.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Dar Aman, it is a peaceful and very relaxing place, close to Jemaa El-fna square, where it is good to rest listening to the sound of the fountain and the birds singing. During our stay, it was Oussama who took care of us. He was always available and attentive, very accommodating especially for breakfast times. We would also like to thank the very charming lady who took care of serving us lunch every morning. Delicious meal offered by the Riad (lunch or dinner by reservation), we highly recommend.
