Not a bad deal for the price. Cabin is not insulated and get's cold at night. I'd recommend a few blankets or sleeping bag in the colder months which I believe she recommended. You need to meet with the owner at check in where she goes over rules etc. She also drove by to caution us about the campfire in the presence of winds. Overall, I felt the property was well worth the price.

We had the best time at the dream cabin!! Robert was a great host who was polite and friendly, he had great communication with us throughout our whole stay! The cabin was so cute! Perfect location!! Close enough to all there is to do, but secluded enough that it was peaceful and quiet!! Next time we are in the area we will definitely try to stay here again!! Thank you for everything Robert we had a blast!!

The location is great. It's located in the woods without being far from town. Only a 5 minute drive to the parkway.

We loved staying at David’s place! It was so cute and peaceful! Tanya was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely come back!

This was our second time staying here, the first time was three years ago to date. When we arrived it felt like we had never left. It was so relaxing and so peaceful! Cathy was amazing and the small issue we had was resolved within the hour! We will definitely be coming back in the future!

My boyfriend and I took our first long weekend vacation here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The hot tub was AMAZING after going roughly 14 miles to Mt Leconte! Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were very tourist trap-ish but we still had fun nonetheless. The smokies were the highlight of the trip. This location was easy to get into the park, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and very peaceful!

We loved this home for celebrating our 20th anniversary! The modern conveniences were amazing! A heated bidet, Dish TV, sleep # bed, hot tub, rain shower, Bluetooth mirror, and so much more! The bedding was soft and comfortable. We enjoyed the corn hole too! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a perfect home with lots of peace and quiet!

This Cabin was the perfect location for my wife and I to spend a secluded weekend getaway in celebration of our anniversary. Quiet, private, and peaceful. A real treat, thanks to the hosts proactive approach and southern hospitality. I would absolutely recommend this spot to folks looking for a mountain cabin adventure!

Awesome stay in Cosby, TN. Right on Cosby Creek. Great spot for fly fishing and just disconnecting from the hustle and bustle. Janice’s Diner down the street has some awesome comfort foods and cakes, Round Up Coffee on the outskirts of Newport is good as well. A little over half an hour from Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Everything was as described and it felt comfortable and at home to be there. Robert is very accommodating.

Honestly, I dont want to brag too much about these treehouses because I would really like to be able to book again and it stay as affordable. Our host was very responsive, had very clear instructions, and left plenty of helpful information in the cabin as well. It was gorgeous out there. Thank you for being pet friendly most of all. Thank you for sharing your properties. You will not be disappointed.

Me and my fiancé stayed here for the 2nd time. The 1st time was our 1st glamping adventure. The Hut was beautiful and comfy, with a great heater and lots of blankets. The bed was so comfy and we loved looking out the clear ceiling in the morning, watching the squirrels play. All of the amenities were supplied. The outhouse was spotless and close. The cooking area was great, a wonderful fire and all we needed to cook. This is a farm, so you are surrounded by sheep, chickens, pigs. I loved listening to the animals. It's a wonderful space to rest, relax and have no cares!! Can't wait til our next time

Great cabin and pretty close to virtually anything you could want to do during your stay. Depending on traffic you're anywhere from 5-20 minutes away from plenty of attractions and restaurants. The space was amazing and super cozy. Perfect for me and my husband. Plenty of seating outside to watch the sunset and sunrise as well as a great view from the hottub. Alynda was a perfect host as well. Responded quickly to any messages and was very informative. She even had a little binder in the cabin with locations of the nearest hospitals, grocery stores, and restaurants. She also had a variety of pamphlets of attractions to do as well as tourist magazines. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay! 10/10 would recommend. Would definitely love to stay in this cabin, or the other two Alynda hosts nearby, again!

Dawnes place was everything it shows and so much more. We wish we could have stayed more than just one night, and will definitely be back. Dawne and Brian were so welcoming and easy to communicate with, and being able to enjoy their farm as well while we were there made it even more special. Perfect spot for a couples vacation or one with kids. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Wonderful little A-Frame cabin on a truly gorgeous property; I'd definitely recommend for an introduction to the glamping experience. I stayed for only a couple nights during a last minute trip to Dollywood and found this space to feel surprisingly secluded for how close it is to tourist spots and amenities. James was communicative and kind - he let me know I could contact him at any time, if I needed anything, and checked in on me when I arrived late due to an unfortunately long wait for my rental vehicle. Both check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. This IS a glamping experience and, upon inquiry about reservation, James was extremely forthright as to the condition of the place. There is a pop-up shower and an outhouse; the cabin is lit with fairylights, and the water pressure in the sink is a bit wanting. But everything is perfectly servicable and James was around if I needed anything. Personally, I found the place cozy and inviting. I would absolutely book to stay again.

Such a peaceful getaway but still close enough to the hustle and bustle of the surrounding towns. Very responsive , friendly hosts. We had a longer drive in so they even let us check in early. This getaway is dedicated to their late daughter which made the place feel even more personal and at home. Hot tub was amazing to unwind in of the evenings and the bed was super comfortable. My partner and I have already agreed we’ll be staying here again when we visit the area again !

One of the coolest stays I’ve had with AirBnB. The tiny home was clean and inviting and the scenery was breathtaking. Roxanne was super friendly and on top of communication. Would recommend to anyone!
