If you are looking for a great place to stay with your family, this cabin is right on the lake, its a short walk down to the dock, we saw deer, eagles, loons right from the patio. Theres 3 bedrooms, a nice living room, and a great space in the basement for a games/to hang out. We had a great stay!

Very nice place to stay. They included liquid hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, drying sheets, just everything enough for our stay. It was peaceful and cozy for our family of 5(with infant). My kiddos enjoyed the jacuzzi very much and everything was nice and clean. The description was helpful for parking and access to the home. Will come again!

The cabin was comfortable and we loved the location. Its right off of a quiet beach and walking distance from the pier; it really is the best of both worlds! We highly recommend staying here. Kathy was great to work with.

Great location with view of harbor and walking distance to Canal Park. The place had everything we needed and we will stay there again with no hesitation.

Beautiful setting - plenty of comfortable beds and great kitchen with lots of stocked items - had everything we could need - enjoyed the fall colors, saw deer, geese and other wildlife. Lots of windows, plenty of seating - enjoyed Netflix to watch a movie. Would definitely stay here again - too cold to swim or canoe/kayak or fish but would love to return in the summer. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Tia is terrific. we've stayed at this location the past four years now, and anytime we have a question or need something, Tia answers within minutes. The cottage is cozy and has everything you need.

Everything about my experience on the Griffin, was magical! It was a true honor to have had the opportunity to stay on the Griffin. Rena has put her heart and soul into Griffin and made it such a beautiful space to share with others. Every perfect detail was obviously well thought out. The entire boat was immaculately clean! The master bed was extremely comfortable and the beautiful linens were fresh and clean. I really appreciated the different lighting and the windows around the boat. I could just sit and look around the boat for hours and just appreciate all the little details that were done to restore the Griffin. Everything about my stay was wonderful! It felt almost like living in a fairytale for a day! Such a unique experience! I really hope to be back again! Rena was such a wonderful, kind, responsive, friendly host! I will be forever grateful for the memories!

Great find... we loved the home (comfortable, clean, spacious), we loved the outdoors (kayaking, bonfire, fishing), and we loved the family time it have us while celebrating my daughter's graduation from UW Superior. Proximity to Duluth was perfect!

Had a great stay. Really enjoyed kayaking, reading by the water, and grilling. Tammy and John left us with a bottle of wine which was a really sweet gesture. Would not advise booking this place to be near Duluth (about a 40 minute drive) like we did, as we did not get to spend as much time enjoying the cabin as we would have liked. Hoping to vacation here again in the near future in order to fully enjoy all the cabin has to offer!

Great quiet place to get away with family and enjoy the water and nature. Home fit my family of 6 comfortably and David was great with communication and responding quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely return when needing to escape the city.

We had a very fun time and Keith and Sara were helpful when we had any questions. The area is beautiful and canoeing on the lake is a must!

We had a wonderful stay! David was a great host. We had our dogs Cal and Mable along for the trip. Cal and Mable made a new friend Davids dog Jack. Jack was such a sweetheart. Good times were made playing in the lake and sitting around the campfire. I highly recommend.

The photos don’t do this location justice! The accommodations were top notch, and Jeanne makes you feel like family! Worth every penny! Will be back again to show more friends and family this amazing place!
