Independent 18 m² studio, next to our house, located a 15-minute walk from the very heart of the city. Restaurants, a movie theater, and a supermarket are also within walking distance of the property. Separate entrance from the street; a terrace area is set up to enjoy the beautiful weather. We also host small, big-eared animals who will be eager to welcome you. Feel free to approach them; they are curious and love being petted.
