great villa and host in a mountainous area fifteen twenty minutes from downtown. A place I can highly recommend for those who are thinking about a quiet vacation without hesitation. For those who love sightseeing, it is also in an area close to many historical and touristic places. A place to go by car alone. Your host is great and helpful with anything. I had an amazing stay. The place was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and had a nice atmosphere. Everything we needed was available in the house. The host, Alper, was very caring. I will definitely come back again.

We stayed here with our family of four in May. The apartment is very nice and the pool and secluded courtyard were wonderful. Very close to restaurants and old town but far enough to reduce the noise.

The villa is what it promises. Surrounded by pomegranate trees and an excellent view of the mountains, the villa offers an eye-catching atmosphere. The pool area is as well as opaque and the host very friendly. Always happy to come back. I will definitely book there again.

We were excited to stay here cause it's located in the middle of old town. And as expected, it's a great house, with 3 big bedrooms, living area, bathroom and a big kitchen with appliances & utensils (just like the pics). Everything was closely located: beach, restaurants, nightlife, markets for groceries, modern shops... When we arrived (before the check-in time), they helped us with the luggage. They also brought some fruit & water for our first day. So overall a very friendly & welcoming staff! Communication with the host was great! He was welcoming, quickly responded when asked a question, also helped with booking trips and he was honest which ones were worth it and which ones were not (even gave us a discount). We also had a great view from the balcony where we sat to relax. The restaurant below us had live music almost every night which we also enjoyed (bring earplugs if you can't sleep with loud noises 😉). Conclusion, I definitely recommend this place! 😊

A nice apartment in a beautiful complex. Great for big families

Great location with a supermarket next door, the nicest, largest mall in the city just a block and a half away, restaurants galore, and the ocean with beautiful waterfall views only a 5 minute walk. Antalya has a fantastic quality of life and, while not in downtown, where it's so crowded and busy (if people like that vibe), this location is better, with access to multiple bus routes (public transport is reliable, clean, safe, inexpensive and modern). Serbay's place offers a quality location with ample space and for a great price. We really enjoyed our stay at his place for 9 days.

This place was perfect for a couple getaway. Quite, one Greta restaurant with a 5 min walk! Beautiful view of the mountains, sea, sunsets and nature!. Small but super cute and had all we needed. Hot tub was great but did take a while to get warm. Since my husband loves building fires it was great because he could do that while I relaxed. Only small issue was the place smelled like smoke. Not from cigarettes but from the wood burning heater but for us it wasn’t an issue and probably wouldn’t smell Iike that if it was not winter. I highly recommend this place for a getaway!

We were hesitant because there were no reviews, but everything was much better than we expected, everything you might need at home was thought of and it was clean. Mr. Hacı stays next door and kindly helps you when you need it, the welcome and treats were very attentive. We thank you again for everything, if we happen to be in Antalya again, we will stay here without hesitation.

Nice spacious apartment - right what you need for a big family. We liked barbecue area so much. It was so nice to have breakfast and diners outside! There was no problem with hot water - boiler was working perfectly so it was enough hot water to bath for everyone in our family. There were enough towels and they were clean and fresh.

Brother Osman was a really nice host with his communication and helpful attitude. Thank you, even though we made a last-minute reservation, she came and welcomed us from a distance. If you need to come home, it was really amazing, there were very nice objects from Osman brother's hand in many parts of the house. You feel at home when you say the garden is clean. When we came to Kaleiçi, it was clear where we would stay. Thank you brother Osman☺️🧚‍♀️

Great location, beautiful clean house with full set of amenities, located within 5 minutes to private beach. A lot of restaurants in 10-15 minutes on feet, including fancy ones. Hülya was always available via phone and helped us immediately, when we accidentally broke a key to a balcony door. My family really enjoyed warm sea and even warmer comfort provided by Hülya. I hope we return here in the future.

We had reservations, but we stayed with three families and had a great time. The house was clean and the host was a very valuable person. If you have a vehicle, you can stay here, it provided a near-perfect experience.

Very beautiful and peaceful place! We spent unforgettable two weeks in this beautiful place near the rocks, doing rock climbing and hiking. Since we had a car, we had no problems with shops and we could easily get to the sea in an hour. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the owner is very hospitable. Highly recommend this place!

Ms. Fatma was very friendly and helpful. It made us feel like she was with us without being uneasy. The location was not far from the sea in the center. Quiet and privacy was at the forefront. The house was boxy and tidy. The sheets and towels were clean and sufficient. The bathroom kitchen was clean. The items were handy. The pool wasn't opened yet but it seemed nice.
