Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and a modern terrace, there is plenty of light and unique views of great sunsets in nature. Perfect base for hiking and biking tours to the Swabian Alps. Public parking is right in front of the apartment. More or less directly behind the house you are in the countryside. It is only a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. The botanical garden can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Legoland is 30 minutes away and Ravensburger Spielerland is 1 hour away by car.

Separate outbuilding with duplex apartment with sleeping gallery, desk, sofa, armchair and table, separate kitchen and shower/toilet, sauna incl. Relaxation area, like-new furnishings, complete renovation in 2001. Landlords live in the main building of a completely refurbished and renovated former farmhouse. The former "pigsty" was converted into a garage and garden house. The apartment is located on the upper floor. The half-timbered construction and the original atmosphere were preserved.

Wi-Fi access, soundproof windows, very good location between Friedrichsau and city center, Rewe, Lidl and bus stop 100 m away. Downtown is a 15-minute walk. Private access to the backyard.
