Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and a modern terrace, there is plenty of light and unique views of great sunsets in nature. Perfect starting point for hiking and cycling tours on the Swabian Alps. At the same time, however, it is also very close to the city of Ulm. By car 10 minutes to the city centre, good public transport connections with bus stop right outside the door and short distances to the highway to Legoland or to the Allgäu.

On foot it is approx. 7 minutes to the center of Ulm and Ulm Cathedral and the train station is also only 3 minutes away. Our granny apartment with separate entrance and private terrace on the Oberer Eselsberg is within walking distance of the university and the Science Park. Public parking is right in front of the apartment. More or less directly behind the house you are in the countryside. It is only a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. The botanical garden can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Legoland is 30 minutes away and Ravensburger Spielerland is 1 hour away by car.

Wonderful living in the old town of Ulm in the popular residential area "Auf dem Kreuz" with balcony and free underground parking! With this gem, all important points of contact and public transport are very close by - in the middle of the city and yet fantastically beautiful and quiet (traffic-calmed), shopping, Danube, beautiful historical surroundings …!
