After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Beautiful apartment with an area of 57 m2 and a large equipped balcony with magnificent views of the castle park. 100 m to the bakery and the butcher, 500 m to the supermarket. Restaurants, cafes and snack bars are nearby. Relax and enjoy your stay in the quiet bedroom, in the living room with dining area, in the good equipped kitchen with dishwasher and in the bathroom with bathtub. Of course there is Wi-Fi.

Relaxing in the resort

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

The apartment has 2 spacious rooms in which 2 people can be accommodated. A bathroom with shower and sink, a toilet and a kitchen with stove, oven and fridge are also available. The sleeping accommodations are equipped with fresh linens. The bathroom is always equipped with freshly washed hand and bath towels. A hairdryer is also available to dry off after bathing.

Cozy 2-room old building apartment for 1-3 people in a central and quiet location in Geislingen. On approx. 55 m² there is a kitchen, bedroom, living-dining room, wellness bathroom, separate toilet and roof terrace. For fitters, a room divider can be placed in the bedroom, or for two occupants, a guest can sleep in the living room on the sofa bed.

Relax in this special and quiet space, go swimming in the outdoor pool in the morning in a bathrobe, or enjoy the fresh air in the woods. You can drink an espresso on the garden swing. The small garden area is directly in front of the apartment.

Our apartment is a good starting point for excursions to Legoland (about 19 km) and the city of Ulm (about 27 km). In the area there are great bike paths, also the swimming lakes are well reached by car.
