You can enjoy a comfortable rest in a clean building managed by SESCO membership. You can enjoy perfectly guaranteed privacy with 2 Netflix accounts. It is in a fantastic location within a 5-minute walk to E-Mart and a 10-minute walk to Cheongho Beach in Sokcho, and it is quiet because it is in a residential area. Mary & John are equipped with a washing machine and dryer that can be washed, so you can use it conveniently while you are there. The spacious living room and bedroom are separated, making it great for couples, friends, or family to use. The property has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchen, and a veranda. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, so there is no inconvenience for 4 people traveling together. You can watch TV, Netflix, and more while lying in bed. There is a small terrace, so it is also good to have a cup of tea in the warm sun and nature on a sunny day. Go outside and go down the hill a little to reach the lake. Enjoy a slow walk around the beautiful Yeongrang Lake all year round. (It has been operated with a new interior since September 23, 2021.)

'모드니 속초해변'과 같은 건물 구옥빌라를 리모델링하였습니다. 첫번째 컨셉은 해변과 어우러지는 라탄소재와 우드톤을 살려 러블리한 느낌을 강조했다면 두번째 이야기의 주제는 '미니멀'입니다. 요즘 각광받고있는 모듈가구와 어우러지는 모던함,화이트와 블루,옐로우의 화려하지만 차분한 색감,방 두칸의 문을 모두 철거하고 20평의 공간을 최소인원으로 넉넉히 사용하실 수 있습니다. 발코니 공간에 초록의 송림을 바라보고 있으면 벅차오르는 상쾌함, 1호점보다 쾌적하고 확트인 뷰는 근처의 속초해변 유명한 카페 보사노바의 그것과 같습니다. '모드니 두번째 이야기'를 시작합니다.

['아날로그'로의 회귀] 80년대 아바이마을 집 체험하기! 단독주택(독채)입니다. AVA House는 제가 어릴때 살던 집입니다. 기존 펜션, 모텔, 콘도와 달리 Airbnb 취지와 맞는 곳을 만들고 싶었습니다. 그래서 다른 숙소와 비교해서 화려하거나, 세련되거나... 그러진 않습니다. 오래된 집이라 벌레도 많고, 냄새도 나고, 뭐 특별하게 좋은 것도 없습니다.
