This used to be the staff quarters at the Dulang Sugar Mill during its heyday.This historic building has witnessed the rise and fall of the sugar industry in eastern Taiwan. Since 2009, thanks to the Artist-in-Residence programme initiated by Shanshan, countless international artists and musicians from around the world have stayed, lived and created their works here.
