Very good area ! It feels cozy and antique. Great woodfloor ! Subway station and convenience store are very close (and pc room) !

Very clean, was surprised by the design when I entered.The location is good, you can walk to the shops in Hannam-dong, and there is a CU at the entrance of the alley, which is very convenient.The uncles in this area are very enthusiastic. On the first day, they couldn't find a gesture + guess, but they gave us directions.The most troublesome thing for foreigners is sorting the garbage every time, but we try our best to complete it.The only disadvantage is that the floor is high and the stairs are narrow, making it inconvenient to move boxes. Everything else is good. I suggest setting the location to CU for taxis. For everyone's reference, CU Han Nam Central Branch.Also, the air conditioning remote control, etc. are all Korean and you can only look at papago. On the first day, I mistook the heater for the air conditioning. One🫠 of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning. You may need to pay attention in the summer ~ ~ ~

One of the cosiest and most atmospheric places I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The living room is so cool - and it smelled amazing. There’s a lot of space, so it’s perfect for families and other small groups. The location is good for visiting Hongdae and especially Gangnam, you will need to plan ahead if you wish to go further though (i.e to Western/Central Seoul), so keep that in mind. I recommend the area, regardless - it’s a unique experience as it seems not much tourists are around, perfect for an evening stroll + good restaurants around. The check-in instructions were accurate, and the space was really clean and warm! Asan Hospital was about 15-20 minutes on foot, and it was really easy to get there just by going straight! Lotte World Mall was also 10 minutes away, so it was really convenient to use! There was no floor noise at all! The hosts were also very kind and were considerate of my inevitable circumstances! I had a great time with the kids at the accommodation with a lawn! I picked and ate the fresh vegetables myself and saw the cats~~ It was a happy memory.🩷 Thank you.🩷

It was a very satisfactory accommodation. The bed was so fluffy and cozy that I didn't want to get up, the water pressure was just right, and the hot water came out well, so it was really nice when I took a shower. Even though I contacted you late at night about the TV problem, it was so nice that you responded quickly. It felt like a cozy homemade room, so I had a really good stay, and I'll book again when I visit Seoul in the future!!

It was close to the Geonadipgu subway station, so it was accessible. There are many delicious restaurants around, and I couldn't look around because I was going to a seminar somewhere else, but I noticed quite interesting places. I want to stay again on my next visit and see more. It was comfortable even during the stay, and it was clean, and it was equipped with all the essentials, but also items that were annoying to carry around during the trip.

Location was perfect and the curated book of restaurants and places to eat in Hongdae was very thoughtful! Many great suggestions! Hosts were very communicative and accomodating of my family of 5, including one baby. Would definitely stay here again!

The owner was so kind and took care of me, so I was so comfortable for 2 nights! My friends who went with me asked me to come again next time, so I'll go up again next time.

The view is really nice and it's really clean. Like the reviews, it's at the top, so I'm a little worried about parking, but it's not that scary because it's just hard. I had a really good time with my family. I'll have to come with my acquaintances next time.

The garden was beautiful and the house was really clean and comfortable! The bedding, tableware, and towels were all clean and nice. Thank you for preparing the dog table, tableware, towels, and pads.♡ I was a little worried because the dog ate a lot of the food that the alley cat in the corner of the yard gave me. He's a kid with severe atopy, but he's got a great appetite. If you're traveling with a dog with a good appetite, you should take note and put a bowl of food when you arrive! Still, overall, it was really neat, and each and every one of the props was beautifully decorated emotionally, and I was very satisfied.

An accommodation full of various things to enjoy! It was a very satisfying trip. It was difficult to find an accommodation with 3 bathrooms, but it was attached to 3 rooms and a friendly host with a pet-friendly environment ~ Even if you were considerate enough to play screen golf in the newly built accommodation in front of you, you made coffee and had a good time. I recommend it a lot around.

The welcome drink was delicious, and the cafe next to the accommodation was large and nice! The accommodation was the same as the photos, clean and so pretty. It was a good place for the dog to run around, and the owners were so kind that I had a really comfortable rest and play! The barbecue place was also good for camping, and it was a perfect accommodation with a fire pit.👍

Very pleasant stay and well located. However, be careful of the slippery bathroom. Fortunately, all arrangements are taken into account by the host. Access with stairs so be careful for the elderly/people with reduced mobility.

Margaret was a very helpful host that always responded promptly and provided clear instructions to any questions asked! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip back!

We stayed for one month and had a great experience! The host was always responsive, and while the location is a bit far from major tourist attractions, it is conveniently close to subway and bus stations. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!

I booked an apartment fire in a hurry, so I couldn't pay, but I was so grateful that the host waited and responded kindly. The place was clean and cozy. I book again next time.

I absolutely loved my stay at this light and airy studio apartment in Seongbuk — one of the best locations in Seoul! If you want to skip the tourist traps and experience a more authentic, local side of the city, this is the place. The neighborhood is vibrant yet peaceful, near beautiful Bukhansan and surrounded by embassy homes, giving it an upscale but down-to-earth feel. Just meters from subway line 4, it’s easy to get anywhere in the city, then return to a quiet, welcoming community. The studio has a Lower East Side vibe — minimal, stylish, and full of natural light. The corner unit offers stunning mountain views in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Clean, uncluttered, and cared for, I felt completely comfortable and safe on the 11th floor with Seoul all around me. I already plan to come back and stay again. Thank you for your hospitality. Highly recommended for a unique and refreshing stay!

Loved our stay here! It’s walkable to Myeongdong and to Namsan cable car. Very convenient and quiet area. Host also helped me sort out my delayed luggage. She communicated with the airport staff and had it delivered to the place. Kamsamnida!!
