It is surrounded by meadows and forests, in complete privacy. There are quarries and ponds for swimming, castle ruins, and beautiful walks can be taken right from the door. On foot, by bike, even with a stroller. Jeseník Spa is over the hill, culture lovers will appreciate the Dance Hall in Račí údolí or the castle in Javorník. Do you like good coffee and something good? At Eleanor café in Žulová, they will take care of you royally.

We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Do you want to get out of the city and enjoy nature and animals? I offer accommodation in a caravan on a hill near Bohouš in the village of Horní Dobrouč in the Orlické podhůří. Four people can sleep comfortably in the caravan. It is equipped with a bathroom, flush toilet and gas stove. You will be accompanied by chickens, dogs and cats during your stay. You will have a smokehouse, a fireplace, a grill and a place for a tent. For a small fee, it is possible to ride donkeys and ponies. Or rent an electric rickshaw.

We invite you to year-round wooden cottages located in the heart of the Kłodzko Land, near the Śnieżnik Massif and Międzygórze. Each cottage offers a cozy living room with a kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. They are also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Netflix for evening entertainment. The Studio Apartment is an independent, two-storey space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will accommodate a family, a group of friends, two couples, or even two families. You will find a spacious fireplace with a seating area with large glazing for playing with children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

Chalet

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out by 12:00. About 100 m away is my second cottage for 6 people called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage regardless of the number of people.

Free parking is available directly under the cottage.
