Zona semicentrale ben collegata dagli autobus, facilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze e per chi ama muoversi a piedi, raggiunge il centro in discesa in circa 20 minuti. Attorniato dal Bosco del Farneto da dove partono piacevoli camminate nella natura, con la fortuna talvolta di avvistare cerbiatti e scoiattoli.
