Holiday cottage in the countryside "BEe in foREST"

Located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, we call it "BEe in foREST", located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, in the lap of nature with which we are closely connected. It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

Depandanza-private apartment, fairytale bedroom

Depandanza is a self-contained apartment with an art gallery-like atmosphere and fairytale bedroom in the heart of the traditional village of Poljubinj. Many local hikes begin at the front door, including waterfalls, gorges, and the Soca River, all within about a half hour walk. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) away in the town of Tolmin. The apartment offers easy proximity to a larger town with the charm and tranquility of a peaceful village

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

If you want to wake up with birds singing in the quiet village lies in the Soča Valley, then you are invited to the House "Na kleti". Very close to the accommodation is the beautiful lake of the Soča River which offers relaxation, water activities and swimming on the warm days. There are 2 apartments in the house. Each has its own bathroom and its own kitchen and free parking. Guests can relax in the beautifully landscaped garden overlooking the meadows and orchards of old apple trees.

Unwind @ a secluded stone cottage

Relax in the peace and quiet of a recently renovated stone cottage in the hills above the Soča Valley. Listen to the sounds of the forest: birds chirping, leaves rustling, owls hooting, woodpecker hammering away, cuckoos calling for their next meal and if you're lucky you'll hear a family of jackals howling. Enjoy your meals in the garden, swim in the emerald Soča river (20 min away), go hiking, discover the hidden world of old religion and light a campfire when evening comes.
