Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dobrich Province

Well, all went fine and it is a real pleasure to relax in a place like ASEN is proposing... All is noticeable, the apartment is a big one and as described.. the car parking is easy and you feel secured... I strongly recommend..

We had a great time at the place. It was clean and perfectly described. Rumyana was very flexible and made our stay lovely. We would love to stay again! The place is also full of great amenities such as karaoke , games and a lovely garden. Thank you for the great birthday stay 😊

Położenie: blisko morza, plaży, knajp, sklepów. Dobre na krótkie wypady z dziećmi, do okolicznych miasteczek, aquaparku, czy też na cypel Kaliakra (widoki, klify, zabytki). W domu: jest całe wyposażenie, klimatyzacja, basen. Na zewnątrz wiata z miejscem do przygotowania posiłków, jedzenia, grillowania. Gospodarz: uprzejmy, pomocny, wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. 5/5!

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage bei Julie verbracht. Ihr Manager hat uns einchecken lassen und war auch sehr freundlich. Da die Adresse nicht mit der angezeigten übereinstimmte, musste der Manager uns abholen. Das könnte man in Zukunft besser machen. Zufuß zum Strand geht es in ca 20 min über einen steilen Feldweg und hohes Gras. Der Weg lohnt sich dennoch. Auch die Strände in der Nähe sind toll, dann aber besser per Auto zu erreichen. Insgesamt müsste hier und da etwas erneuert werden. Dennoch war es das Geld wert. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Da man mitten in der Natur ist, sollte man keine Angst vor Tieren haben, die sieht man dort öfters. Wir würden wiederkommen.

During our Easter mini holiday, Mike's place was the perfect spot for us. Situated in a green quiet area, only the birds you could hear around :) Pretty close to Kavarna, Balchik, Bolata Bay and other beautiful sourroundings, Mike's place is very privat, quiet, green, friendly & very well equiped - exactly what we were looking for when we run away from the city :) Mike is a great host, he gave us all the support we needed from arrival till guidance. The communication was great all the time, very responsive. We especialy loved spending the time in the garden : lovely during the spring. Totally recommended ! Thank you, Mike !

Just a great place. It’s just like the pictures, very comfortable, definitely not tight. The host it’s sooo nice, very communicative, respond every time when I reach him. Very very nice place, it’s one of my top list!

Absolute Herzensempfehlung 💜 Wir hatten das große Glück, bereits ein zweites Mal in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft in Bulgarien zu übernachten und was soll ich sagen - es war einfach perfekt! Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und durch den liebevoll gestalteten Willkommensgruß fühlten wir uns direkt wie zuhause. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, super gemütlich und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man spürt einfach, dass hier jemand mit Herz Gastgeber ist. Es war alles da, was man braucht – von Handtüchern über Küchenutensilien bis hin zu kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Snacks, Wasser und Kaffee. Man musste sich um nichts kümmern und konnte den Aufenthalt einfach nur genießen. Lusia und Kevin sind unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und absolute Herzensmenschen. So viel Wärme und Gastfreundschaft erlebt man selten! Ich kann diese Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall auch noch ein drittes Mal kommen💜

Имахме абсолютно възхитителен престой в апартамента на Nikolay. Беше безупречно чисто, удобно и красиво декорирано. Домакинът беше невероятно гостоприемен и ни накара да се чувстваме като у дома си. Благодаря ,за водата оставена при пристигането ни 😊Това беше идеалното място за почивката ни . Силно препоръчвам !!!

mooie locatie, we waren hier met vrienden in december en dan is het ook een fijne rustige plek om even tot rust te komen, geweldig uitzicht, nette schone kamers, keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt inclusief koffiezetapparaat en koffie. Het appartement heeft alles om je helemaal thuis te voelen. Op maximaal een kwartiertje lopen van het strand. Host is vriendelijk, reageert snel. Aanrader als je in Kavarna wilt verblijven.

The apartment exceeded all expectations! Spacious, cozy, with a stunning view of the mountain range. Especially liked the pool where you can relax after a day at the beach. Great place for a vacation, will definitely come back!

Nota 10. Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, dotat cu tot ce-ți trebuie pentru a te simți ca acasă. Totul este amenajat cu un bun gust. Noi am fost primiți cu un cățel de talie medie și tot personalul a fost foarte amabil cu noi. Apartamentul se afla intr-o zona liniștita dar și foarte aproape de plaja și zona cu restaurante și loc de joaca pentru copii (5-10 minute de mers pe jos). Piscina este suficient de mare si foarte curata. M-as întoarce aici cu mare plăcere. Va mulțumim tare mult pentru concediu reușit!

A cozy and modern apartment. Everything was wonderful, from the clean and comfortable space to the convenient location. Ideal for relaxing and exploring the area.

Wir waren zu viert eine knappe Woche in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toller Balkon mit Blick auf Pool und Meer. Parken war kein Problem in der Anlage. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und kommen gern einmal wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

My only regret about giving this review is that I couldn't give 20 stars instead of 5. I'll get to the apartment in a minute but far more importantly I need to talk about the hosts. Brian and Demi were beyond believable! Brian drove me to my cousin's wedding at Blacksearama and Demi set me up with a ride to the airport after my ordered taxi cancelled at the last minute. The apartment was clean, well furnished, quiet, easy to get into, and with a beautiful view of the sea, and a less than 4 minute walk from all the best parts of the Balchik and still pales in comparison to the hosts!!! Brian and Demi are currently renovating her parents' cafe by hand and despite me being 8 time zones away I hope to be able to visit it and them again if I get the chance. This is easily the best AirBnB I've ever stayed in and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Only stay here if you plan on having an amazing time at an amazing price while you stay with amazing hosts 8D

The place is nice, with all you need and has a beautiful view. Everything was good, except by a problem with the door lock, probabily was our bad luck, but we felt good.

we had great time. apartment is luxurious with excellent sea view. even better than shown on pictures. though a little far from the beach, must have a car, otherwise not so easy to get to the sea. the pools in the area are perfect, visiting the beach is not really important.

The place was amazing, very clean and peaceful. Would totally recommend for any type of getaway. Host was very responsive and we had everything we needed in the apartment. The view is amazing.
