Romantic secluded location on the edge of the forest with a magnificent view. Are you looking for a place of peace and relaxation? Would you like to retreat and start your day with fresh forest air? In our house on the edge of the forest, we not only give you space, but also the freedom for green thoughts. But as a former forester's house, the forest path there is not easy. It takes the right car and skill to do it. Best of luck! In the house there is mobile reception 5G. NO WIFI, NO TV, No smoking in the house!

The entire apartment with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and hallway has been completely renovated. All equipped with new furniture. The bedroom has a double bed and a large sofa bed, TV and internet - free WiFi. The kitchen is newly equipped with a kitchen unit with a dining table, a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven and a hob, a dishwasher, and a kettle. There are basic cooking facilities. The bathroom has a sink and a shower. The apartment has a beautiful view of the Šumava nature and Kašperk Castle.

Forest apartment Einöde

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Yary yurt

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Kašperské Hory - apartment in a historic house

Stylish, sensitively renovated apartment in a historic house. Bedroom with double bed and two beds, equipped kitchen with sofa that can be used for sleeping, and fireplace. Newly built bathroom with shower. The apartment is spacious, suitable for a family of four to five. The house has 15th-century foundations and a unique atmosphere. Parking in the yard. The house is 200 m from the square in Kašperské Hory. Close to several restaurants and grocery stores.

Chalupa Annín

An attractive private cottage is situated under the forest above the village of Annín, near the Otava River, 8 km from Sušice on the border of the Šumava National Park. Great place for a vacation for a large family and a party of friends. Maximum capacity 10 people. Accommodation is also possible with dogs, the property is fenced. Fully fenced property at the end of the local road, safe for your children and four-legged pets.

In Volšovech

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is an apartment with its own entrance in a quiet part of the village with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Free internet access, TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, microwave, kettle, ...). Water from our own well (baby water), heating by official heating. Outside, there is available with a fire pit and barbecue.
