Josh's place was great. close to our activities, not far from restaurants. josh was very quick to respond and remedy the only issue we had, which was with the hot tub. the only thing we didn't have that I personally wish there was, was a broom. the place was clean but I hate feeling dirt on my feet inside, so I bought a broom, but that was my decision. great place, thanks Josh

Awesome stay for a cabin in the mountains. Great pool hot tub and sauna. Ping pong was fun. The house is very pretty and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend

We had the most incredible stay at Spruce Mountain Manor! The views were absolutely breathtaking—those expansive windows made it feel like we were on top of the world. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully designed, from the stunning décor to the warm, welcoming ambiance that made us feel right at home. Tanya was a phenomenal host—kind, responsive, and attentive to every question or need we had. Her hospitality truly made our three-day stay seamless and special. Spruce Mountain Manor is absolutely worth every penny, and we’re already looking forward to returning once the pool, jungle gym, and putting green are completed. It was an unforgettable experience and made my birthday celebration one of the most memorable yet. My entire family was in awe—thank you, Tanya, for helping create such lasting memories!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely amazing—offering a pure connection with nature. It was very spacious, spotless clean, and perfectly maintained. The game area was super fun and added a great touch to our experience. Although we didn’t use the pool, it looked really nice and inviting. Everything was well-organized, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Michael and Shayna are great and responsive hosts. The house is as beautiful, airy and large as per the pictures. It is absolutely impeccably clean! The kitchen is fantastic! The location is calm and private with nice landscaping, birds and even a mini pond with frogs. At night, we heard the loons. There are many varied spaces to discover and enjoy, inside and outside, such as the inviting large game room, the pretty solarium or the outside decks. We went kayaking in the interesting bay and had fun going under the covered bridge and to Whetstone island. We opted to use the nearby boat ramp at Forand park as an easier way to put the kayak in the water. There is a walkable small access to the bay which is a good place to bring paddle boards. It was still early in the season and the small deck wasn't installed yet. Finally, we enjoyed getting smoked fish at Keet Baird just a little down the street. Thank you for the great escape and welcoming us in you house!

We had a great time staying with Bill and Nancy. The house was spotless, exceptionally well-equipped if you want to cook for yourself, and was a very homey spot for our family celebration. The location was beautiful -- right by the river -- and was convenient to most any adventures you'd want to undertake in the Northeast Kingdom. Only note: the stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep and would pose problems for people with mobility challenges.

Ce séjour a été parfait. 🤩 Endroit idéal pour une famille. Nous étions à 20 min de Sherbrooke pour aller se promener au besoin. Les lits étaient confortables et l’ensemble du chalet est hyper convivial. Toute la famille a aimé.

I have to say the Mt. Moriah Cottage at the Top Notch Inn was everything we had hoped for and more. The entire house was comfy, cozy, and has lots of character. From the wood floors to the large eating area in the kitchen. From the comfortable living room space to the corn hole games outside. From the antique furniture inside and the Adirondack chairs on the outside porches. What totally was awesome was when I was having technical difficulty figuring out the television and it’s remote, the lady at the desk came and fixed it like magic. Many many thanks to her. I would have liked to stay here longer but had to get back for work. Next time, I will definitely want to stay there again.

Superbe séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis. Le chalet est tout simplement incroyable avec toutes les commodités. Le terrain est incroyable avec pleins de divertissements accessibles aux locataires. La vue sur les montagnes, le spot à feu, l'accès au petit lac privé et le SPA sont les cerises sur le sundae. Très tranquille comme secteur. A proximité du Parc National du Mont Mégantic, de la montagne de Marbre et du Mont Saddle. L'hôte est très réactif/réactive et répond très rapidement. Des petites douceurs nous attendaient à notre arrivée autonome. Nous y retournerons assurément!!!

Carolyn was a wonderful host! Always very responsive and helped us tremendously with recommendations. The home was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We loved the local themed Monopoly game (such a cute touch!) and appreciated having several game options on rainy days. We came to ATV ride and had a great time exploring the Jericho trail system, and also trails in Gorham. Multiple trail heads are a short ride from the home, and we loved coming back to relax and unwind in this cozy home away from home. I highly recommend staying at this home if you like clean, comfortable and welcoming spaces when you travel.

Went on our annual fishing trip normally we stay somewhere else this time we decided to give this place a try we were not disappointed this place had everything we needed and then some great location. Great amenities great communication. The price was right. Hopefully this place is available when we go on our next fishing trip. Highly recommend!!

Sherry was a great host and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We had zero issues and would stay again if we are ever in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Nicole’s place is the perfect getaway with family. Love that it’s pet friendly and that her kitchen is fully equipped. The porch is a peaceful and relaxing.

This house is STUNNING! We really enjoyed our time in such a cozy, fully stocked space. It made our winter getaway just perfect and we will absolutely be back :)

Très beau petit chalet pour s’échapper quelques jours ! Assez proche de Lac-Mégantic, parfait pour aller visiter les alentours ! Être proche d’une route passante n’était pas si dérangeante comme on le lisait dans les avis de l’endroit. Nous avons passé un très beaux moments, on n’a manqué de rien et Jonathan était convivial !

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay at the Lincoln Lodge. The cabin is gorgeous, comfortable and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need and SPECTACULAR views. Kristen is an exceptional hostess, friendly, informative and responsive. We rode our side by sides from the cabin, accessing the trails from a connector trail. I highly recommend the Lincoln Cabin.

The place was perfect for a overnight stay for our group of 5. The host was very helpful and responsive to our requests. We had a good time

Victoria's place in Rangeley is outstanding. The layout of the house is great, has everything you could need, is well decorated with appealing architecture and a spectacular view of the lake from above. Easy to get to, was a perfect location for our work trip in the area. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood within a sizable nature preserve, with a pleasant walk to the common lake access.

What can I say, this place is truly amazing as well as Joao is an amazing host. This is my second time booking this place and I have no complaints. By the far the best air bnb I have stayed in. It checks all the boxes, every detail and every carefully thought out extra down to having smores and camp fire supplies to the grill supplies to the carefully placed throws in the living room. This place feels like your home while you’re there, tranquil and so safe. This place is better than pictured and is HUGE in person. Everyone I brought with me just kept repeating how much they loved the space and how it was perfect. Joao also personally went out of his way to refund half of my stay due to the fact of me having to leave early the first time I stayed for emergency reasons, I didn’t ask or request for a refund but he did it off his own choice, which he did not have to do. 10/10 experience all around the board. Anytime I’m in the area, I’ll be staying here ! Don’t double think it, just BOOK.

The house was beautifully designed in a way that compliments the nature all around it. The natural wood work is so beautiful. The backyard view of the mountains is so magnificent. I wanted an off the grid location and with this listing, I definitely got it. Everything you pretty much need is in the house. The kitchen is very wide and spacious for family meals. The house was bigger than expected which was a plus. The sauna was perfect. Still had the newly built sauna smell. There are several trails you can hike. Just make sure to bring repellant. I got the chance to meet the owner and his wife. Very nice and hospitable people. It was a pleasure getting to know a little amount them and the ins and outs of the land. I would 100% recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back.

Catherine’s place was stunning for my honeymoon with my husband! The home was absolutely stunning, super peaceful and so many amazing amenities including the hot tub and the game room! We would stay here, again!

What a wonderful and whimsical cottage! We had a lovely time exploring the mountains and relaxing around the property. This is a great woodland getaway with abundant wildlife and scenic views in the surrounding area. The hosts were fantastic with exceptional communication and genuine kindness. We’re very happy we stayed here and definitely recommend checking it out!

The house was a perfect location for us to ride our ATVs to Jericho Park. The driveway was long enough for our truck and trailer. The inside was really nice, very clean and had everything we needed. We would love to rent again for our next Jericho adventure.
