Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dix

This is my second time staying at Evan’s place. It is a great setup for a getaway with friends or for a family - plenty of space to hang out, but also nice bedrooms for resting. We were in town for Cornell’s reunion and it only took us about 10-15 minutes to get to campus each time. Evan was also super helpful with the EV charger and answering our questions.

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Watkins Glen. It is close to the shops and restaurants. It is handicapped-accessible and one-level! The couches with recliners are very comfortable and the kitchen/ dining room is spacious. I highly recommend Tina’s lovely home!

What a beautiful place to stay! Quiet, peaceful, and the views were outstanding. The home is extremely clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Its age adds to its charm. Samantha was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Sarah's house is located in the center of the Finger Lakes. The house is very clean. There is everything in the kitchen for holiday cooking. We had a great stay.

We had a very nice stay at Stacy's place. Stacy was extremely responsive and very accommodating with our special requests. The house was very roomy, clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great place, very clean, and nice town

This cabin was incredible! Beautifully designed and decorated with high quality linens, kitchen utensils, and furnishings. The views from the deck and the master bedroom were spectacular! Be aware there are no blinds on the big windows in the bedroom which means a beautiful wake up with the sunrise at 5:30 am. The host assured us that no one could see in and we took her word for it!😉

Mallory was an exceptional host! Her home was clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — exactly as described (if not better). Check-in was a breeze, and she provided clear instructions that made everything super easy. You can tell she’s put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space for guests. Staying at this charming little cottage near the Finger Lakes was an absolute delight. The moment we arrived, I felt as if I’d been transported to Scandinavia, surrounded by serene natural beauty and peaceful views. The quiet sounds of nature made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Alicia was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Without a doubt, this is a 10 out of 10 experience, and we can’t wait to return for a longer visit to explore more of the property and the surrounding town! Thank you again!

We were in the Ithaca/Newfield area for a wedding and did not want downtown Ithaca. This was 5 minute drive from wedding location and only 10 minutes into Ithaca. Ideal for us. It was clean, all the comnforts of home and Dan & Jackie were so responsive to any questions we had.

Brandon's place is a lovely home, full of details, books, and comfort. Lots of space, places to sit and read, or watch the big TV. Great kitchen with goodies and snacks. This is the second time I've stayed there for work in Elmira. I only wish I was staying to enjoy the area.

It was a perfect place to stay for our mother & daughter weekend exploring Watkins Glenn and surrounding area(waterfalls, hiking, wineries, breweries, lakes).Can easily walk into town to shops, restaurants and WG state park. Apartment is fully stocked with all needed for our stay. It is a super cozy, comfortable & clean. Host is very helpful & responsive. It was a perfect fall getaway. Hope to return in the future.

We visit the finger lakes region several times a year and this is space and location was a perfect fit for us. Friendly responsive host who has clear instructions to everything. A very clean, well supplied place.

Our stay and at Glenn and Diana’s place couldn’t have been better - from the beautiful spacious loft with an awesome lake view to the location which was close to brewers, wineries, and the parks/trails we wanted to see. Not to mention how responsive, welcoming, and friendly Diana and Glenn were. They made us feel right at home. We look forward to another stay with them in the future.

Our stay was very wonderful,peaceful,clean.This property has beautiful views of the lake and surrounding area. This place has a beautiful view of the sunset!! You can see the beautiful stars at night and feel that you can touch them! There’s so many winery’s, brewery’s and distilleries to choose in a short distance. We had 8 family members up for our son's graduation from Syracuse University and Amy's place was perfect for us. Plenty of space, clean and neat, VERY comfortable beds, all linens and towels included. Came in on a cold, rainy Friday afternoon and were very appreciative of her gas fireplace that quickly warmed the condo. Also liked that there were individual heat settings for each bedroom for everyone's individual tastes. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Highly recommend!

It is a very quiet place, with an excellent view, around with a touch of security and peace. Everything is very clean, its comfortable beds, and its spacious living room is a nice place if you don’t want to go out. We are a family of 4 where we have a lot of fun. Thank you for the attention in the chat upon our arrival.

Rachel’s place was phenomenal! It was clean and cozy, and perfect for a quick escape from NYC. It was also close enough to be right in downtown Ithaca within minutes. I will definitely be back again!

This was a repeat visit and another great experience! The apartment was perfect, super convenient to our events and we again appreciated the convenience and excellent fare of the Rye and the Garage restaurants. THE place to stay in Elmira!

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.

If I could give this a 10 start review I would! The service provided to my family was white gloved. The home was a bit out dated but the view made up for it! Truly a beautiful get away that I will be doing again!

The interior decorating, design, construction and the stocking of the space with super useful items was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail and will stay here again.
