We had a very pleasant stay at the place! The place is perfect for those seeking rest, contact with nature and a time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house was clean, well-equipped and exactly as in the photos, simple but cozy. The host was attentive and responded quickly to messages, which gave us a lot of security. I recommend it for those who want a quiet retreat in the countryside, especially in a group or family.

The house well tidy, clean, has everything we need to spend the days. We were made to feel very welcome, it really felt like home.

The stay was great, the farm is very cozy, a very quiet place and easy access to local shops. The accommodations are excellent and the hosts Márcio and his father are very attentive and helpful. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

Homes are great and comfortable. There are 4 suites that sit in an accommodation with a spectacular view, in the upper part of the property. It has a view of the marvelous sunset. In the house, there is a suite with double and one single bed, plus two bedrooms with two bunk beds each. There is also a social bathroom. All excellent. In addition, it has a living room with sofa, dining table and TV. There is a great kitchen with fridge, stove and utensils. All functional and in excellent condition. There is a huge dining area, with a kitchen with wood stove, horizontal freezer, table for more than 10 people, in addition to several utensils. The pool is large, clean and with hydromassage and waterfall. There's one for kids too. The housekeeper, Beto is a sensational guy, who has made us super at will and always willing to help. Denise was from our first contact, attentive, helpful, concerned about our well being and with fundamental tips to make it happen in a wonderful way. We'll be back!!

We have excellent days in the house! The atmosphere is very beautiful and wooded, with a beautiful view of the dam! The whole garden is extremely well cared for and also the very organized house! We greatly took advantage of all the amenities offered, such as the pool and barbecue areas, which were, in addition to beautiful, comfortable and ample. Also, when we need support we get immediate contact with the homemaker, who was always helpful! Communication with the property administrator was also extremely easy and efficient since the day we sent the proposal.

Simply impeccable! The space was super clean, organized and with a care that I rarely see in other Airbnbs. The host was very attentive and left several welcome treats like bullets, Ferrero Rocher, popcorn, brush and toothpaste, small details that make all the difference. The experience was great from beginning to end. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Casa Colonial is one of the best places I've had the pleasure of taking my family. The place has everything you need for a quiet stay, from a super well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and several entertainment options. The place itself is very beautiful, very well cared for and cozy. The house and the outdoor area have several bathrooms, which is important when you are hosting several people. Before our stay ended, we already decided that we will return. Highly recommended!

Very good! Quiet and cozy place.

My family and I went to spend the holiday at Tininha's place. We love it. The space is very large, with a lot of nature, exactly as in the pictures. The spacious bedrooms and good mattresses. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. The check in is checkout was flexible. It's easy to get to and we feel very safe. Tininha is a great host, she gave us several guidelines and answered all the questions. Everything was very good, the place is beautiful and very cozy, good to rest and connect with nature! We will definitely come back more often!!!

Place is excellent, spacious. The view is wonderful! The outdoor area is perfect, and the house has all the necessary utensils, very well equipped. The housekeeper and his wife are very helpful, and they always serve with great goodwill. The wifi doesn't really work. Would definitely come back!!!
