It has 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, living room, kitchen, dining room, service area and garage. In addition, we offer an additional 1 single mattress and 1 sofa bed. We also have a terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. 🌄 It will be a joy to receive you! Note: We have been hosting for 1 year, but due to technical issues, we created a new listing. Lovely landscape, romantic place amidst nature, surrounded by mountains, with waterfall inside the property and others that can be reached on foot. Ideal place to rest and enjoy nature. The chalet is 6 km from Patrimônio da Penha and 16 km from Pedra Roxa. Nearest city (Santa Marta) is 4 km away where there is a supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and restaurant. We have Wi-Fi via radio (rural area). The chalet is only 1.5 km from the asphalt (unpaved road).
