Starting in August 2020, we have opened the doors of this new holiday home. The house is located very centrally located on the edge of Koudekerke. The house is located in a unique place with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The lower floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made-up beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

In the outskirts of Koudekerke, just 1400 meters from the beach and city center, is our lovely cottage, meant to get cheerful:-) It consists of a living area with kitchen, a fantastic bathroom with walk-in shower and Private Sauna! Upstairs in the sleeping loft there are 2 sleeping rooms with lovely box springs for a comfortable night's sleep. Please note: the stairs are very steep with narrow steps and upstairs one has to bend down to get into the bedrooms.

The apartment was even more beautiful than we had expected. What a warm welcome. Super neat and very attractively decorated. Everything you could think of was present. The view was truly amazing. Despite the bad weather, we had a great time and from there Made many trips. Also Breskens is very cozy. The communication was very spontaneous and Maarten responds immediately, super nice. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for your kindness 👍

Very nice cottage a stone's throw from the beach entrance of Dishoek. The cottage is modern and decorated with taste, and has a nice comfortable sofa and a large, comfortable bed. Franka is a friendly hostess who is quick and clear in her communication. Extra pluses for the flexible handling of our arrival and departure time!

We were with 6 adults and 2 toddlers in Sabine's quiet house in a beautiful field edge location and felt right at home. The amenities were top and everything was very clean. Check-in via key box is straightforward and Sabine responded to questions very quickly with helpful tips. The beach with various pavilions is only a few minutes' walk away and a bike rental is also in the immediate vicinity. We had a very nice stay and were definitely not the last time in Dishoek.
