Nice room in a quiet location

This very bright and beautiful house is located in the best location and close to the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town. (about 5 min to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the motorway connection. For nature lovers: the house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

Cozy rustic room to turn off

The flat is located at the edge of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). The Vacation rental is called “Eulenloch” and located in the historical tanner quarter in the middle of Nördlingens historic center. The central location is absolutely perfect to explore the city and to be enchanted by the many beautiful places of interests of Nördlingens historic center. All places of interests, museums, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance.

The large south-facing balcony has an awning and presents a beautiful panoramic view of forest, meadows and the Riegelberg. It is located on the edge of the Nördlinger Ries in the state-approved climatic health resort of Riesbürg-Utzmemmingen in a quiet residential area.
