Die schön Terrasse und der großzügige Garten Laden zu lauen Sommernächten und zum chillen ein, aber auch im Winter ist es sehr gemütlich. Es gibt 2 Golfplätze in der Nähe, den Bayernpark, ein Erlebnisbad, ein Steinzeitmuseum uvm. Wir freuen uns sehr euch im Haus "Viva la Vida" begrüßen zu dürfen.

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

Relax in this special and quiet space. Enjoy the unique view of the Bavarian Forest and the Gäuboden at an altitude of 800 m. You can head out for beautiful hikes right from the property. Especially recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) as well as the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

You can enjoy the tranquility and surrounding nature completely undisturbed.
