My friends and I stayed here for a few nights. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for a group stay. The air conditioning worked well (super cold), and the location is convenient with walking distance to cafés nearby and to the BRT. We especially loved the games room, it kept us entertained for hours. The neighbourhood was peaceful. We had a small issue with a room door lock, but the host managed to arrange a locksmith, even late at night, which we really appreciated. Recommended for a fun stay with friends!

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. Has stairs and informed us well. For guests visiting, please be mindful of map directions in Bangkok … thanks, Jenny stepping in to assist.

Khet Huai Khwang was such a cozy and spacious place — it truly felt like a home away from home! The house was clean, airy, and super comfortable. We loved how relaxed the space felt, perfect for winding down after a long day out in Bangkok. The location was great too: peaceful, but still close to convenience stores, local food spots, and public transport. Very easy to get around. Everything was well-prepared, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, space, and a local feel in Bangkok. Spot-on location right next to bts and a bunch of 7/11. The house is new and well cleaned, although there’s no elevator but it somehow makes it feel more like home. We had a really comfortable stay, the whole group loved it. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

Arpa is very nice, flexible and accommodating! We are a family of eight including one elderly and 3 children. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Elderly can stay at the ground floor without having to climb the stairs and there is also toilet/bathroom (with bathtub), kitchen and common area on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are on second floor. The one with bunk bed has ensuite toilet/bathroom and the other bedroom is adjacent to toilet/bathroom. The place is clean and spacious! Walkable distance to BTS (about 10 mins). Place is also near eateries and massage parlour. My whole family love the place!

It was a joy staying at Mints Asoke hideaway. Listing exactly as described. A lot of detail to guest ls needs has been taken into account by the host and a commendable effort to cleanliness. House was comfy and amenities abundant. It mostly rained throughout our stay but Mints got you covered with umbrellas for all. Its remarkably peaceful even though it's surrounded by the hustle of Asoke. Overall excellent.
