We had a wonderful weekend with my family. The house was just like in the photos and everything you might need was available. It was a 2-minute walk to the beach and had a very sweet pier belonging to the house. The host welcomed us warmly, we left very pleased. I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

We would like to thank Öncekile Nevay for her interest and sincerity. We stayed at his house with 4 people, we had everything we needed and everything was very clean. The location of the house was very good. Since we did not know the region very well, he helped us a lot during our trip. We will definitely choose it again on our next trip to Ayvalık. A small but cozy house with a view of the sea and where you can have a peaceful time. We were very satisfied, even though we arrived at the end of October, the weather was just as hot, since the house is by the sea, we put on swimsuits and directly swim in the sea. We stayed in a peaceful neighborhood for one night. The hosts are very warm and helpful, they even picked oranges for us at checkout:) Highly recommend.

Serhat Bey's house was the best airbnb house we stayed in. Everything was spotless and there was no shortage in the house. The privacy and having the space all to ourselves was exactly what we wanted. It was simply a flawless stay. If you are going to the Assos, Behram area as a large family or with a group of friends, I highly recommend Mr. Emre's place. Everything is thought out and presented to make it a comfortable stay. Mr. Emre is very helpful with everything.

The location of the house, the well-maintained garden was very beautiful. It was in a quiet village that provided a local experience and was very close to everywhere to visit around Assos. Kitchenware was quite sufficient, the house was large and comfortable. We didn't notice anything missing, to be honest. We stayed with our dog and were very comfortable. We had a very smooth and comfortable holiday with a kind and warm welcome by our host. It was a really enjoyable house.

Mr. Ekin was very interested in everything from the places to visit to the places where we would shop, and he answered the questions immediately. It had everything from a dishwasher to an iron and a fan (only the air conditioner was missing). My advice for those who will go is to shop in advance like us, you may not find what you are looking for because it is a village. Thank you for everything

Do not hesitate about the hosts, they answer the questions quickly, and when we entered, they personally came to get the key for the checkout when we said the bathroom of the house was not clean enough, and they expressed their sadness. The place of the house is good, in fact, there is a grocery store etc. about 2 km away, but the roads are a little neglected, so we walked around the house. There are too many mosquitoes, unfortunately, although there are mosquito nets in the house, they can enter the house in the evening and we could not use the garden due to the mosquito. That's why you have to go cautiously when you leave. There are machines, iron, oven and kitchen utensils in the house, so there is no problem. Unfortunately, the power went out in the morning. Since we were going to leave, there was no problem that day, but I think it was a situation in that area. We had a pleasant 2 nights. We left very happy. Thank you for everything..

My family and I had a pleasant stay. The house is accurate to the photos, very functional and the decor is really nice. With Gökhan's instructions we found the house without difficulty. You have to be transported but we were warned. In fact, he was available all along the stay to answer our questions, thank you to him. Special mention for a small typical Turkish restaurant 5 minutes by car in the heights we enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful place, stunning views, lovely host. Highly recommend if you just want to relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful view and visit nearby Assos. The place is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Kids loved the little cats and pool. Only minor negative is the nearby mosque that goes off at 6am and some construction noise while we were there Sep 2024. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

We rented the house for 3 people to work remotely for 5 days. It is located in a very quiet and calm environment, which offers a great atmosphere for focusing and resting. The architecture of the house was very impressive and everything we needed was available. The garden was very pleasant, and the internet connection was more than sufficient for remote work. There are grocery stores nearby where you can shop, but transportation without a car can be a little difficult. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. All kinds of needs have been considered in the kitchen. We thank Ms. Aydan very much for her hospitality.

Beautiful house, clean interior, great place etc…. Pool was extremely clean and warm, kids didn’t got out of it all day! We will be back again

First of all, thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday. We had a 3-day stay for 4 people as a family. The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. It can be an ideal holiday for a double holiday or for families with children. We would like to thank the hosts Ms. Emel and Mr. Ertan, who responded quickly to all our requests and questions

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Mustafa’s place in Cunda Island. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, peaceful yet close to the center of Cunda. The house is on the hill but we did not have any problems with the drive out. We had a little trouble finding it because the navigation point shoot couldn't provide a location, but we didn't have any problems after the host informed. The house was tidy, clean, spacious and beautiful as shown in the photos. The equipment in the house was also complete. We didn't need anything. The beds were comfortable, just the pillows could have been a little softer. Quiet, calm, airy in a beautiful and relaxing area in terms of location. It's in a great place for those looking for peace of mind. A 10-minute drive to the beach, the beach, the harbor. The center of Karaburun can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Since there is no shopping in the village, the needs can be met from the center or the port area. Overall it was nice and relaxing. Thanks

Our 4-day stay in Foça was great. The house was completely in line with the photos- spotlessly clean, tidy, and everything we could need was considered. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the host was very caring and helpful. We had a comfortable holiday in a quiet, peaceful environment. Ahu‘s place is a beautiful wooden cabin amongst tall pine trees in the mountains about 40 minutes drive to the Pergamon ruins in Bergama. The craftsmanship is excellent, the furnishings are very comfortable, pristine clean, everything works perfectly. Ahu has stocked the kitchen with coffee, oil, spices, bottled water and everything you need to cook meals. She has thought of all the details, down to after-dinner chocolates. The bed and linens are very comfortable, the shower and hot water excellent. Ahu is a very attentive host, providing freshly-laid eggs and a bowl of soup and checking to see that everything is just right. It is a bit of a drive to the Acropolis at Pergamon (you should get there when it opens to avoid the crowds) but the beauty of the cabin and surroundings make it worthwhile. The only downside is that in one of the two cabins one must go up a steep stairway and crouch to get into the sleeping loft. People with mobility issues take note. Otherwise, wonderful!

Very pleasant bay house in a great location. Everything is spotless and thought out. But most importantly, Mr. Samet was the most wonderful host I've ever met. Thanks to their suggestions, our vacation was even more enjoyable than we expected. Thank you so much. I hope to meet you again:)

Our stay experience was great! The house was extremely clean and the weather was very nice. The host was very caring and hospitable, they thought about every detail and did their best to make us comfortable. We really felt at home. We are definitely thinking of coming back!

We stayed at the Villa for over two weeks. The private beach is peaceful and beautiful, and George has set up a pathway clear of sea urchins to get inside (sea shoes still recommended). There are tons of other beaches, as well as great restaurants, a short drive away. George has also given us many recommendations, each better than the last. The well equipped kitchen and grill allow to make great home cooked meals as well if you want to just stay and relax in the balcony and beach. George has helped us promptly when we had problems (like accidentally locking ourselves out of the villa), and was very responsive.
