The view from the apartment is sensational, with an unforgettable sunset. The balcony with a barbecue is perfect for eating a parrilla while watching the sunset.

Good accommodation if you're just passing through or want to stay for a few days, it has a swimming pool and stores very close by, the apartment is very clean and tidy, it has everything, even a washing machine. Sergio was always attentive to our questions. Very quiet area, without annoying noises, especially to relax and disconnect for a while. I would definitely stay at this place again. Everything excellent, the apartment is very comfortable, a divine environment to enjoy with boys. The heating covers the entire apartment which is a no lesser detail, there is hot water all the time, the building has a generator which is super important, on the last night there was no light in the area and we never stopped having the amenities that the apartment provides. We went in two vans and while she has a garage, Alejandra was super accessible in getting us another loan. Truly a successful trip to Chillan and Alejandra is a great host and always available to help with whatever is needed.

This apartment is beautiful! It has everything you would ever need. You will not be disappointed. Our family and friends had a wonderful time. We were two families- a total of eight guests and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location is perfect and the concierge service is a real plus! Maria Alejandra is an excellent host.
