Equipped with healthy and ecological materials, it is located at ground level in a country house and yet in the middle of the district town: Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, with restaurants and coffees in the vicinity. The well-equipped kitchen and the terrace in the countryside also make an evening "home" really fun.

Vision and pool - ideal for golf and wellness

The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Farm vacation

Our farm is located in the heart of the Vilstals and yet in a complete secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with fully equipped kitchen and a top modern newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is farmed. With us live many chickens, bees and our two Labrador Mädls Caro and Maya who roam freely around the farm. Holiday guests and fitters are welcome!

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. The apartment is located in a small district of Arnstorf surrounded by meadows, fields and forest. The apartment is furnished in the style of the 50s with books, games, television and WiFi. The rooms are open and can be used in different ways. The apartment is suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Arnstorf is 7 km away. There are shops, banks, post office, pharmacies, restaurants. A great place to relax, for excursions, also for families with children.

Shepherd's wagon overlooking a sheep pasture

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.
