Holiday rentals with beach access in Diemen

My stay was absolutely perfect! Laura was there to greet me promptly at check in time with information on the city, restaurant recs and lovely conversation. The building is old and gorgeous only adding to the experience. With fresh sheets, towels and waterfall shower! The neighborhood is quaint and cute with everything you need in walking distance. It was a treat to be right on the canal as well. Laura brought breakfast each morning with a healthy assortment of breads, fresh fruit and more. (I'm pretty sure that was freshly squeezed fruit juice as well?!) Absolutely fantastic experience!

Unterkunft ist sehr schön und in guter Lage. Gastgeber war nett und bei Fragen immer erreichbar.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le logement de Harm. L’appartement est très moderne et offre quasiment tous les équipements dont on pourrait avoir besoin. Harm est quant à lui un hôte de qualité, très gentil et arrangeant, et toujours disponible ! Je recommande !

Martian’s apartment was exactly what we were after. Comfortable and well positioned with a lovely canal outlook. Easy to walk to from the central train station and within walking distance of all the major attractions like the Anne Frank House, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and lots of great places to eat and drink. On check in Martijn also provided a list of local recommendations which was appreciated. We’d definitely stay again!

Ons verblijf bij Yvonne was heerlijk. Het is een lichte, schone ruimte. Alles van Muiden was op loopafstand en toch was het heerlijk rustig. Yvonne was altijd beschikbaar als we een vraag hadden. En ze had goede tips voor activiteiten en restaurantjes. Een aanrader!

We have spend 5 amazing days in this great house. Perfect for 2 people with or without a child. The welcoming by Mark and Anne was super: friendly, enthusiastic and with great tips on restaurants and things to visit. The interior with all details on the city and Amsterdam (Dutch) icons immediately makes you feel like home. This place literally has everything. Bath, great shower, great kitchen with all amenities, cosy garden, unique toilet,… and enough place to put your personal belongings away. The location is also great with a supermarket and gym around the corner and several good restaurants on walking distance. Touristic spots are also within 15 min travel time. Next time we are in Amsterdam, this is our place to go again!

We spent a lovely week at Marjolein’s beautiful home. The house is even more spacious than the pictures suggest and it was totally spotless from top to bottom. Everything we needed was available and Marjolein had thought of everything. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer meant we went home without suitcases full of laundry! The location of the house is very convenient - five minutes walk to the tram and 10-15 minutes from Central Station. Marjolein and her husband were responsive to any queries we had and were both friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this lovely home if you are seeking somewhere close to Amsterdam! Annette’s home was a great base to explore Amsterdam with our young family. The house is about a 5-10 minute walk to the tram with regular, quick service to Amsterdam. Stores are about 10-15 mins walk. The area is peaceful and there are beautiful views from the house. The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed. The bedrooms and living room are large even by American standards. We did not use the garage but it would be very helpful for anyone exploring further afield with a car.

We had such a great stay at Dorothee and her family's place! It is convenient to the rail station, has restaurants and cafes close by, and Oosterpark is a short walk away and has a fantastic playground. Their place is stocked with games, the rooms were perfect for our kids (ages 10, 8, and 7), and there is a lovely patio where we ate dinner one evening. Dorothee gave us helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat (and get dessert!) in Amsterdam, and checked in on us to make sure we arrived safely. We highly recommend her place. Rick was a wonderful host, had a friend greet us on arrival to show us the place and gave us a little tour of the town, since he was away. Greeted us with a bottle of wine and an excellent instruction manual and recommendations of nearby “things to do” He has a lovely home in a walkable town. Rick was responsive to any concern we had. I highly recommend this property and Rick!

I am so happy that I booked Pieter’s place for my stay. The place us located in a very lovely, calm neighborhood that also has everything you need in approximately 2 minutes walking time, supermarkets, local shops, fast food. The tram station is around the same distance and the tram is quite frequent and it takes you to centraal station in like 10–15 minutes which is very convenient. The place has everything you will ever need, quite spacious, great furniture, lovely backyard garden and very clean in general. And for Pieter as a host I must say that he is a great person, gave a lot of helpful recommendations, very responsive and helpful. That was my first stay in Amsterdam and he contributed for it to be perfect. I can’t ask for more. I will definitely book again the next time I visit.

Erika was a wonderful host—extremely responsive, full of helpful recommendations, and accommodating. The house was a comfortable and convenient base to explore Amsterdam, with just a short walk to the tram to Central Station. It was fabulous to wake up to the sun reflecting off of the canal right outside our bedroom window and to sit by the water at the end of the day. The grocery store was one tram stop or a 10 minute walk away. Lovely neighbors gave us a tour. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely home, maud was lovely and responsive, went out of her way to make our stay amazing and let us check in super early which made our trip :)

We had a wonderful stay at Jans Apartment! It was very modern and beautifully designed. Perfect for a Weekend in Amsterdam with Friends or Family. Jan was very nice and always helpful! We had a Great Time and can really recommend staying here!

Dönüş uçağımız çok erken saatlerde olduğundan havaalanına yakın bir bölgede konaklamak istedik. Erwin'in evi bu konuda beklentileri oldukça karşılıyor. Araba ile 7-8 dakikada havaalanına ulaştık. Aynı şekilde şehir merkezine ulaşmak istediğimizde de kısa bir yürüme mesafesi sonrasında 2 numaralı tramvay durağına eriştik ve ~30 dk gibi bir sürede Dam meydanına ulaştık. Evdeki imkanlar (mutfak gereçleri, temiz havlu vs.) yerli yerindeydi, ilave çok az şeye ihtiyaç duyduk. Ev konusunda tek eksi sayabileceğim nokta; banyoda duş alma yerinde camlı bir bölüm olmaması ve suyun tuvalet tarafına akması riskiydi. Bunun haricinde ev gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Bulunduğu muhit huzurlu, sessiz ve sakin bir yer.

This is exactly what we were looking for! This is the perfect location for those that want to be near the action but also not directly in the center. We stayed 6 nights for our first trip to Amsterdam. We ended up being here for Kings Day, which was not planned at all, but WOW such an experience. Brian was such a responsive host, who was able to provide local recommendations and was flexible with our check out. This place is so close to so much to do. It took a bit to become familiar with the transit systems as we do not have this in North Carolina but once we got the hang of it, we went everywhere. I would absolutely stay at this Airbnb again. Thank you Brian, for making our first trip to Holland the best.

Sake and Marleens place was clean, easy to reach via public transport and spacious! We had a great time and Sake and Marleen were very easy to reach and overall great hosts! I would love to stay with them again if ever back in Amsterdam.

We had a wonderful time as a family. The hosts provided LOTS of toys, crib, baby gate, changing pad, high chairs, kids furniture, more than we have had anywhere else we have ever stayed! It was truly a home away from home and we loved getting to visit this slice of Amsterdam. The location was also incredible, right on a canal, with tram lines, grocery stores, coffee shops, playgrounds, restaurants, markets, and more all in walking distance.
