Villa holiday rentals in Didim

We had a very pleasant weekend. Akbük was a very quiet and calm place. The air was also very clean and soft. We would also like to thank our host Mr. Yiğit, he welcomed us very warmly and helped us during our stay. The house was very tidy and convenient, we had everything we needed. We were especially happy with the filter coffee:) We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the house, the bathrooms-sheets everything was sparkling clean. If we come to Idim again, we would like to stay at Mr. Yiğit's house again.

Everything was as it appeared in the photos. The house was fully furnished, everything was considered in the kitchen. The house was very clean. There were 4 of us and the pool was quite sufficient. It was close to the grocery store,restaurants and the beach. There was air conditioning in every room, the view of the terrace was very nice. Everything was very nice, thank you very much. We felt like we were at home, very comfortable. The host, Ms. Nur, responded quickly to all our questions and provided convenience. We learned that there was a general problem in Akbuk, the tap water was salty. You need to use ready water to eat tea and coffee, a little information for those who will go:)

Mr. Rabi and Ms. Hatice were extremely understanding, kind and helpful about everything about the house, the house was immaculate, very useful and peaceful. The garden/balcony pleasure in figs, olives, bougainvillea, pomegranate, mimosa trees were beautiful, the terrace with a view on the upper floor was beautiful, the location was very central. When I come to Akbuk, I even don't even look for another house, and thank you for being pet-friendly.

Hello, our week-long home adventure with a pool was amazing. First of all, the fact that the house has a camera and an alarm system gave us a separate assurance. The fact that all rooms have air conditioning was very good for hot days. Having a pool was tremendous and very pleasant for parents and children. It was very important to have daily pool cleaning. It was a different beauty for us to have water in the kitchen. Also, it was a happy situation for us that Ms. Banu was always answering our questions.I hope we could not give the same pleasure.

We stayed 4 nights with our family. Kitchen, toilet, bathrooms, rooms in the villa were sparkling clean. The host was extremely friendly and we would like to thank him for everything.

Great place and great hosts

Perfect Villa in Didim – Highly Recommended! We loved our stay here! The villa is in a peaceful area with friendly neighbors, just a short walk to the beach, and not far from the city center. Supermarket just one street away where we got our freshly baked breads for breakfast every morning! It had everything we needed: air conditioning, Smart TV,washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and fresh linens and towels. The pool was a highlight – always clean and well-maintained. Everything was easy and well-organized. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice big and spacious house with cosy garden. The host responds quickly in respect of any questions that may arise and is very kind. Would be great if there was WiFi in the house.

Nazly’s villa was absolutely amazing! Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed — it was even better than the photos. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Nazly was a great host: friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond if I needed anything. I truly felt at home. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a quiet and elegant getaway. The most beautiful house in a lovely area. The house was very clean and the amenities were great. The view was amazing and both pools available were incredible. I would love to stay again. Guven was also an incredibly nice and helpful host who made the trip even better. Thank you!

The host was amazing and super helpful and responsive to every question. If you see this property and are considering it, speaking as someone with very high standards, this is an amazing option in terms of space, amenities, PRIVACY, and location. The only things I should add that aren’t on the listing are: It may be a little bit difficult to find or communicate with taxis to bring you here (I discovered google maps in this area has not been updated in 5 years so that could be it), for easier navigation set the location to a nearby hotel once you are given the address and you will see the villa from there. The second thing is that the villa we stayed in came after high stairs, so just something to keep in mind before packing or if you are worried about accessibility for different traveller. Overall my experience was 10/10. The area is lovely. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. The villa was breathtaking.

The house was already nice, but Ms. Aydan's clarity and helpfulness were superb. I was able to get a response from him at any moment. We will definitely meet again. I think the biggest criterion when renting a home is the host :)

Serhan and Yasemin have always been interested and relevant since the day we rented the house. They have the most beautiful house in this area, so both they and the guests are very lucky. The host was very helpful, everything is above expected, I highly recommend it. However, the villa is located in an elevated area, old people might not be able to walk around.

Our stay at Arya's stunning Bodrum villa was incredibly delightful. As a family of six, including a child, we sought a comfortable place to unwind, and this villa surpassed all expectations. From the start, Arya proved to be an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She even helped arrange transportation and offered personalized recommendations for local dining and beaches, elevating our experience. Arya's quick responses and proactive attitude swiftly resolved any issues we faced, showcasing her dedication. Despite being an hour away from marinas, the villa's serene location made the distance insignificant. In summary, Arya's villa in Bodrum is an excellent choice for a rejuvenating getaway, with its beautiful setting, superb host, and tranquility leaving us with cherished memories and gratitude.

We stayed with six friends and it was a very nice experience for us. It was a farmhouse with basic materials for the house, surrounded by pine, olive and palm trees, with a beautiful pool, many vintage elements, and much larger than it appears in the photos. Mr. Seha was very good at communication. The only negative aspect of our experience was that we had to take our garbage to the container about 1 km away with our vehicles because there was no garbage container/box on the farm.

Lovely little house in a large private residence. Beautiful view from the terrace. Away from the festive atmosphere of Bodrum. The natural pool is about a 7-minute walk away. The host was accessible and responds quickly to questions. I would recommend this place for sought-after calm

Aylin's villa is even better than the photos - and the sunsets are amazing in real life! The house is very spacious and has everything you will need for a very comfortable stay. The location is superb - only 12 minutes from the airport and Gulluk itself has some really lovely restaurants which are easy to walk to. Gulluk is fairly quiet (which was nice for us) but it is easy to get to Bodrum if you want a bit more action. The pool and shaded terrace are lovely relaxing areas and have wonderful sea views. Aylin was super responsive and very helpful throughout the booking and during the stay. I would highly recommend Aylin's place.

Ms. Ayşegül's house was really like in the photos, with a very nice view and a shaded balcony from 10am, immaculate and everything you find, a very delicious beach. Ms. Ayşegül's parents, Ms. Şehriban and Mr. Oğuz, are also staying downstairs and are very interested, very sweet people, they gave us delicious treats. It was a very nice holiday, we are very satisfied.

Great villa, host provides all that is needed for comfortable accommodation including water, paper napkins, beach towels and more. Everything to make you relax comfortably! The view from the balcony and rooftop is amazing!

This year, we stayed at Mr. Mahir's house like last year. Her mother Ms. Nesrin greeted us at the door and even brewed our tea before she arrived. I had the opportunity to have a very enjoyable holiday with my family. This is a place where you can feel like at home. The fact that the complex has a beach amenity for its own use (you need to go down some stairs, you can go half of it with your vehicle if you wish), and its own private pier allows you to meet very clean and clear waters. Thank you for everything, it will be our first choice again next year.
