Holiday rentals with a patio in Didim

We stayed as a family for 3 nights. The house is spacious and spacious, and the rooms are large. There is a living room with 2+1 open kitchen. One of the rooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The other room has 3 single beds. The kitchen supplies are enough, the garden is nice. The house was clean when we went. Mr. Atilla greeted me at the entrance, gave all the necessary information, he is also a very nice host. The house is in a quiet complex. It's perfect for relaxing. It's about 2 km from the beach, but the beach road is flat and hassle-free. If you have your own vehicle, there will be no problem. There is a shared pool in the compound, very close to the house. The size is sufficient and very clean, not crowded. The number of people in the pool for 3 days did not exceed 10, which we were already 5. We didn't even go to the beach because we had 2 young children. There is a grocery store within the site where you can meet your small needs, and its distance to other large grocery stores is about 1 km away. We had a short but very enjoyable holiday and returned rested. Thank you Mr. Atilla

The apartment was perfect, just what we needed. Quiet, comfortable and central. Meltem was a great host, really helpful with our check-in and was a huge help when we needed some local information and directions. Parking was easy on the square too. We will definitely be staying here again.

The apartment is ideal not only for an overnight stay, but also for a long stay. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. The only disadvantage is that to turn on the electricity, you need to insert the key in the apartment. If you, for example, started the washing machine, then you can't leave the apartment until it reaches the thing, otherwise there will be no electricity.

Hülya was an incredible host! She accommodated my last-minute, late-night request and welcomed me with delicious Turkish treats. The apartment was spotless, peaceful, and had stunning views. She also gave excellent recommendations, including the need for a rental to explore the area. It’s a 15-minute drive to the airport and 40 minutes to Bodrum. it was a great villa holiday where everything was considered down to the last detail. When you throw away, you can find everything, we just did grocery shopping. There is a carforsa market nearby. The pool looks small in the photos, but the pool is very ideal. It was very good to check the HP value and clean everything. You have no worries about finding a place on the beach, you have sun loungers and umbrellas belonging to your villa. The sea is perfect, the water is very clean. I recommend a place where you can really feel at home...

The house more than met our needs. We could easily fit 4 adults and 3 children, I think it will allow a house more than that. It had a huge terrace and it is pleasant in the evenings:) The location of the house is about 15 minutes to the center. Since we arrived by car, we did not have any transportation problems. Unfortunately, we couldn't use it even though it was within walking distance because Mavişehir beach near the house was not suitable for children. We were not very impressed with the extreme heat as there is an air conditioner in the living room and a fan in each room.

Had a great stay at Hakan’s Villa with my family. The Villa was beautiful to stay in, very clean and spacious. He was very accommodating in getting the pool prepared especially for our stay before season started; however a few hiccups with the pool filter and fountain not working and being unable to use the pool freely at times. He was quick to try and resolve. Points to note for future residents: - Please be careful as floors are extremely slippery, especially outside with sliders on - Recommend to hire a car if you stay here as closest shop is a driving distance Great stay overall, thank you!
