It is a beach preferred by families with children, especially as it deepens late. -There is solar energy and a water booster. -There is a social facility, supermarket, pita shop, butcher, fish shop, tea garden, children's park in Uslu Sitesi. -The living room and 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned. -It is 15 minutes away from Altınkuma and 15 minutes away from Akbüke.
