Apartment holiday rentals in Dickinson County

Honestly the place was cute. Perfect for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready the day of her wedding. Only problem was I forgot change how many people would staying and we had some children, and I am an older woman that stayed as well with my daughter. I received a rather rude message from the host after no responses about missing items I need back today which is now Wednesday, we left Sunday, saying how horrible we left the place yes there were a few things we should have made sure were cleaned such a bath mat a 2 year old accidentally sat on with his poopy butt as mom was trying to change him, which we did put in the washer. He said we ruined bedding with “blood”, the maid of honor had her period like I said before these things happen. The other problem is there were no cleaning supplies, no extra linens for anything, no blankets besides what was on the bed, there were maybe 2 wash clothes total to clean anything so I don’t understand how he wanted it so clean.

Kelsey‘s condo was the perfect place for our family to stay in Okoboji! It had everything that we needed and it had great views of the lake as we sat on the deck. The water passes were a highlight, especially for my granddaughter.

We had a wonderful stay at Janie’s condo in Okoboji with our 3 kids. Great view of the water, easy access on ground floor, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and has everything you need! The kids enjoyed using the Spike Ball game outside. The fire table outside is a nice plus for chillier days. Highly recommend choosing Janie’s condo!

Kathi’s place is a gem. She was extremely communicative and helpful when checking in. The location directly across from a park and the lake. There are plenty of trails for running or biking. There are also a multitude of restaurants within a short drives distance. The inside was rustic and you could tell a lot of work was put into the house. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was great as well. I would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to people visiting! It’s an absolute gem!

Great location. House was nice and clean and was the perfect size for a group of 4. Was hard to meet the requirements of quiet hours, only if you are in town for an event though. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we are very grateful for Heather!

100% would recommend Nancy's place 💜 immaculately clean, had anything you could ever need labeled and stocked. that lake view is unbeatable not to mention her hospitality. space was very very relaxing and comfy! can't wait to come back to the area and start there again!

Second time renter. Smooth sailing all the way. I appreciated the heads up on the construction but it didn’t really affect our stay. Great place !

This place was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the location was convenient to many local attractions and water!
