Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Diadema

It was the second time we stayed in this apartment, and the experience continues to be wonderful! It will always be our first choice in SP, the apartment is very cozy, clean, fragrant and everything is new. The hostess's care is perfect in every detail. Wonderful place, all the necessary items available, organized, clean and beautiful decoration, super quiet check-in, easy access to delivery, Cíntia is always very helpful, responds quickly and clearly. The second-floor bedroom gave us the feeling of being in another environment, something like a cabin/chalet. We love the space and want to return soon. The only addendum is regarding the privacy of the jacuzzi, it would be interesting if there was a way to make it more private when it is a guest option, but nothing that disqualifies the space. A 10, especially since I was asked to date in this wonderful place. 🥰

Bruno's place is outstanding. We had an amazing time. Large bedrooms, lots of living space, and beautiful all around. The location is excellent in a private upscale area. A rare gem in Sao Paulo.

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

Location consistent with the description and well located. The host was excellent, very attentive, proactive and facilitated the medium-length stay with utilities beyond those of the property. I recommend the accommodation.

The house is impeccable ! I forgot I was in São Paulo, very tasteful and complete! Nothing is missing, extremely elegant, and comfortable!

Great cost benefit! Caroline was super solicitous about my check-in and checkout, always proactive in responding! I loved the location of the loft, it doesn't accommodate more than two people. Extremely comfortable bed, duvet and bed linen too, especially for the São Paulo winter. Bathroom with shower enclosure, very hot shower but I recommend a larger mirror and a shelf as well (Because we women use shampoo, conditioner, etc... Basic hygiene items). As for the rest of the room, television, coffee maker, sink, everything works normally and still has a small space for clothes. I recommend it to everyone and I intend to return!

My stay was very good! The host was always available and very polite! He promptly resolved everything we requested! The pool water is really warm and the landscape is definitely beautiful! We like it a lot🙏🏼

My stay was great! The apartment is super cozy, just like in the photos, very clean and well maintained. The entire team was very attentive from start to finish, always available to help with whatever was needed. A special highlight was the kindness of allowing me to store my suitcase even after check-out, which made all the difference on my last day, I would definitely come back!

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on Av. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

The location of the apartment is great, close to the Brooklin subway. Renatta is super attentive and the apartment met our expectations. I've stayed there before when I go to São Paulo for work. Oh, the hair dryer is great and saves space in the woman's suitcase. I highly recommend it!

Great location for those going to the Albert Einstein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary conveniences to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making your stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I'll definitely be back.
