It's the perfect 'home base' to explore from, with a short (< 300m) stroll to the beach, plus all the restaurants and bars of Mission Bay's waterfront. Only 10 mins drive and you're in the city centre. But with the cozy interior, picture-esque private garden and added luxury of a soak in the hot tub, you might not want to leave.

Simple garden studio in central Devonport

Our quiet garden studio is ideal for those wanting a private space to stay when visiting family locally or working in Devonport or Auckland city. It has a very comfortable queen size bed, en-suite shower room, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe, fridge, microwave and kettle. Toiletries, tea/coffee, bed-linen and towels are provided, as well as free WiFi. The studio has separate access away from the main house, and is in a very quiet and peaceful setting within walking distance to Devonport village.

Mid-Century Devonport

Enjoy a private outdoor space, the accommodation in the style of mid century, a living space with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king single beds, a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric jug, electric frypan, toaster and coffee plunger. There are plates/ utensils etc. Barbeque, hot plates and saucepans on request. Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies (a cot is available) nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.

You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space including the pool, the handy location and good access to public transport. It's a short stroll along the beach to the Takapuna Beach Cafe & Store for the best Brunch in Auckland. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
