ECO-house near Kiev

The house is located on the territory of the Upper Dubai eco complex in a clean area surrounded by a pine forest and a lake. The complex has several structures for living: a house with a fireplace, a house with a bath, an apartment for 4 people, separate rooms for 2.3, 6 people. Nearby is the Desna River, 5 km to the Kiev Sea. All structures are made of natural wood and in Ukrainian style. On the territory there is a mini zoo, a children's and volleyball court, bicycle rental. Distance to Kiev-30 km.

Будинок знаходиться у селі Вища Дубечня Вишгородського району. Побудований 2017 року з бруса. Площа - 108 м.кв. На першому поверсі є велика вітальня-кухня, дві спальні, пічка, санвузол. На другому - велика спальня, санвузол. На території - мангал, яма для вогнища, дровник. Будинок має дві тераси, на балкон можна увійти через відкидну ляду з вулиці. Затишне місце для відпочинку невеликої компанії. Ми називаємо наш будинок Villa Porta Blu, бо маємо блакитні вхідні двері.

На вас чекає окрема спальня з великим двоспальним ліжком, простора вітальня-студія з повністю обладнаною кухнею. Є весь необхідний посуд, плита, духова шафа, посудомийна машина, холодильник, кавомашина та кондиціонер. У вітальні — диван, який перетворюється на ще одне двоспальне ліжко. У ванній кімнаті — душ, фен, комплект м’яких рушників На терасі облаштована затишна обідня зона з пуфами. Басейн із лежаками для сонячних днів.

House on the lake shore

A quiet place for an individual or family vacation. A large area - about 2 hectares with a beach, a fire place, hammocks and a barbecue area. We're right in the woods. The house doesn't have kitchen, but there is kitchen on our territory, where you can order food for a fee. There is access to the barbecue, street dining gazebo. There are still 3 houses on the property. Pets OK.

Hi! Welcome to our amazing log cabin on a nature. This place is ideal for relaxing and cycling. It is very well located only an hour from Kyiv and close to the Mizhrichynskyi Landscape Park. The cabin itself is very functional and well designed. Two kilometers of ground road before the cabin is not so good in rainy days but usually any car can get to the house.
