Amazing location with incredible views to enjoy on the large deck with a new BBQ to use. It's right at the bottom of Return to Sender trail and approx 20 pedal strokes to the main entrance to the fantastic world class trail system. There is a lock up shed with work station and wash bay. Very comfortable new 3 bedroom dwelling on acreage, centrally located and overlooking the Ringarooma River and campgrounds It's north easterly aspect and large L shaped veranda provide sun all day long. "Blazeaway" is the dwelling closest to the street on the site. It's kitchen melds seamlessly into the dining and living area, and with cathedral ceilings throughout it feels amazingly spacious. Welcome to Millies, a charming, cosy miner’s cottage in the historic town of Derby. In 1874 George Renison Bell discovered tin and miners flocked to the valley. In 1876 the ‘Brothers Mine’ which was named after the Krushka brothers, was opened. The settlement that grew up around the mine became known as ‘Brothers Home’ and that name persisted until in 1887 it was decided to change the name to Derby. Roxannes at Derby - Set on 3 acres.

Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall.
